So we go here every couple weeks and normally don’t have an issue, I ordered 2 bacon egg cheese on a sesame bagel other on a plain roll. The plain roll was a bagel and the main issue is the undercooked bacon on both sandwiches. As of walking in it wasn’t the normal employee and the lady didn’t seem thrilled to be there seemed annoyed. Normally they write your order on a slip for you to bring it over to pay and she didn’t write one. I don’t like leaving a negative review but the roll being a bagel wasn’t what made me review I could care less but the undercooked bacon like we are at Dunkin? We don’t want to get sick from that.

Very nice location with a variety of options, we stopped for lunch on a Friday afternoon, seating outside was a great surprise. We enjoyed a burger and perogies, the burger was delicious. Service was a little slow for checking out, but the place is very clean and well kept. Would have loved more options for coffee! Maybe a future upgrade! There is also a nice bit of convenience food type stock in the store to choose from. Totally worth driving a little further off the highway to try a local spot if you are in the area.

The quality has drastically gone down hill sadly, I’m not sure what’s going on. I understand staffing issues but we have been customers for 20 years and this is the worst it has been. We called in today, waited on hold for 30 minutes before we gave up and my husband just went and ordered in person instead. We get the same order every single time and this round it’s completely inedible. My husband sandwich has ingredients he never asked for including onions and peppers drenched in vinegar with mayo??? and mine is completely saturated with balsamic vinegar and falling apart and also has wrong ingredients on it. This is inedible and expensive for a dinner I now have to replace. I’m extremely disappointed considering Ryan’s has been one of our favorites for literally decades. I guess it’s time to try something new.
edit: this review is nearly one year old and for some reason I get a response now? just FYI this is a Godfather sandwich off of your menu that I have ordered for literally 15+ years. I am local but thanks for the implication that I am confused. The fact that you think this is eggplant is exactly the issue.

Food is terrible. I got the Paul Hero and the chicken is so dry. My husband got an omelette and they don’t even cook the food into the eggs. And the prices are wrong online. To add to everything the lady on the phone was rude and impatient. Do not waste your money. Go to Ray n Charles the food is 10x better

Amazing portion sizes for a decent price. There are some vegetarian options like the tomato,egg, onion breakfast quesadillas, pierogis or grilled veggie wrap. I ordered the tomato egg onion breakfast quesadilla and the plain perogies and was very satisfied.

I have been here a couple of times once for a sit down meal which was fantastic. had an amazing burger…. Second time I was there was for a delicious bagel and cream cheese!!

It is a basic deli. No soups. Sandwiches were fine. Nothing too special. Service could be better. Maybe we were there at the wrong time. Outside inside seating.

Food was great. Service was terrible! We came in at 2:35 to get sandwiches, knowing they closed at 3pm. As soon as we walked in the woman working the counter yelled at us to hurry up and order because they were closing, and yelled at us that we couldn’t eat our sandwiches there because they were closing in 25 minutes. No hello, just immediately yelling at us. Definitely wouldn’t stop back there again.
