My husband was there today. Went inside to order and stood there for 10 minutes, while multiple employees walked pasted him and ignored him. No one even bothered to acknowledge him or just say someone will be with you soon. Very unprofessional! Not to mention they have gotten our order wrong several times in the past!

This place used to be 5 stars a few years ago. Fast forward to today: I ordered my drink online, and 5 minutes later, I walked in to find an employee on the phone behind the counter, who held up a finger to tell me to wait on her call.
12 minutes later, this employee starts making my drink while still on the phone. She said her name was Tatiana when I asked, since she wasn’t wearing her name tag.
I definitely won’t be back, even though they finally started carrying matcha again. I waited 12 minutes for a drink I ordered ahead of time in an empty store, where the only employee was on her phone scheduling some sort of appointment or interview. Severely unprofessional behavior on staff’s part.

ordered an iced coffee with cold foam (which is extra), had to ask for that again. instead of making me a fresh one, poured out some of the coffee to make room for it, and half of it was on the lid (from not using the correct one). to finish off, the girl at the window was very rude (rolled her eyes) when I asked her to fix it to what I ordered. If you can’t communicate and/or have good customer service skills with the public, don’t work in retail!

Dunkin has forgotten who they are. They are a coffee shop with mediocre sandwiches now. Doughnuts aren’t even mentioned on their menu. They have a limited selection of doughnuts, but its not impressive. Go elsewhere for doughnuts.

This place used to be great!! But my boyfriend and I have been a few times the last few months and honestly they are always out of donuts? I’m not sure how a donut shop runs out of donuts. I’ll update when they keep my favorite donut in stock again.
