We ordered $75 worth of food for take-out and discovered missing items upon inspection. The issue was promptly resolved, but the overall experience was marred by delays, taking 36 minutes for the initial order and 10 minutes for replacements. Regrettably, most of the food was not prepared correctly. Burgers were compromised due to excessive items in each bag, and all burgers lacked condiments. Additionally, chicken sandwiches were missing essential ingredients like lettuce and mayo. This experience was extremely disappointing and the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. It is important to note that the food was not tampered with, but my children were understandably distressed.

Went through the drive-through, it looked a little dirty inside, but food was definitely fresh as it should be for taking more than 10 minutes for a five dollar meal deal.

the food was all right but it was cold and the lettuce was wilted the Big Mac my grandma ate made her kind of sick she said the Patty tasted sweet they were running around with her like they were chickens with their head cut off they were understaffed and they end up messing up an order but they did fix it they made sure they use proper materials they needed to work with and they made sure everything was properly disposed of they were nice they were polite and they were trying to do their best on dealing with what they had to deal with with not that many people working with them but I am sure it’s not like that everyday but I’m guessing they weren’t having a not so good day but other than that I’m sure their food taste good when they have more people to help them

They got everyone’s order wrong and I DO NOT play with my food frfr. They kept trying to hand us different drinks that we did not order. Today was just a horrible experience sorry

Very new mcdonalds that they keep fairly clean. Sometimes the drink station gets a little wild but thats to be expected. They do a good job keeping the kids play area nice and clean! Food isnt so bad either!

One of the dirtiest new McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. I’m amazed that such a new looking store could be so dirty. The bathrooms are clearly in a state of neglect. I’m not talking about a busy shift that hasn’t been cleaned up yet but the type of dirt and grime That just comes from people, not knowing how to clean over months and months of time. I sat in the lobby doing some work on my computer for about two hours from around lunchtime and on. The trash cans were overflowing dirt mud, and food was all over the floors and all of the tables needed wiped down. No attempt was made to clean the lobby during that two hour period.

How is it possible that out of the thousands of McDonald’s locations in America this one is the worst? Ordered on the app to make it quick and easy. After I had paid, I waited in line for an hour for a happy meal, order of nuggets and a McDouble. AN HOUR! I’m sure the employees didn’t control whatever malfunction caused today’s delay, but this isn’t the first time we’ve had a terrible experience at this location. Ridiculously bad.

Food wasn’t very bad, but everything else was. The entire order was wrong, service is terrible, and be prepared to wait 20 minutes.
