Ordered 2 takeout bowls. Least amount of food I’ve ever seen in a bowl from a Cava location. My boyfriend requested double toppings for several items and somehow his bowl was smaller than mine?? His bowl was also missing pita crisps. Our pita bread was cold. They also forgot to add silverware and his sauces. I love CAVA, but I will NOT be returning to this location.

First time here today and totally overwhelmed by all the amazing options! Everything is so fresh, and I even tried some new things I’d never tasted before. Great experience at the Wake Forest CAVA. The food was fresh, well prepared, and exactly what you expect from CAVA. The staff was friendly, efficient, and kept the line moving without rushing anyone. The food here is generally good – nothing amazing, but serviceable for sure – and the staff are always super nice! Would recommend, especially if you need something in a hurry – I’ve never had an order take longer than 10 minutes. They seem to get orders in and out pretty quickly!

Had a great experience at CAVA today! Ashley made my bowl and was super friendly and helpful, and her coworker was just as great (didn’t catch their name). They were out of rice and harissa chicken, but even with about 45 minutes until closing, they were happy to make more, which I really appreciated. I live a little far from this location, but I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area

First timer. Not impressed. Food was good as well as the service. However, the food was very expensive. $30 for lunch for two, one had a bowl and the other a pita. That’s a lot of money for what we got. Star rating would’ve been better if the place wasn’t absolutely filthy. The filth on the floor and tables was disgusting. Couple that with the high price made this the only time I will dine here.
