We stopped by there on the way to the creamery and bought some turnovers and rolls. They were all out of the chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies but when asked about them, they didnt hesitate to bake more for our order. This was our first time there, what a nice place and the warm cookies were worth the wait. Will be back and preorder next time!

If you are ANYWHERE close to Alma, Kansas, you NEED to stop at this bakery! BEST. COOKIES. EVER. Seriously, they have wonderful baked goods (flaky turnovers, fresh cinnamon rolls, fresh caramel pecan rolls, bread, etc) and candies. If you are there during the lunch hour, they have a daily special that is home-cooked, delicious, and priced right!

customer service was very rude and the cookie dough was, to put it bluntly, bad. not sweet at all, tasted like pure shortening. the baking and storage instructions are not given for whatever reason, and when asked temp and length to bake my family was told to “google it”
