I ordered the Fantastic Four pizza combo through the app, and it was ready in about 20 minutes. The process was super easy, they give you a code to pick up your pizza when you arrive. The pizza itself was delicious, and I’d definitely order this combo again!

I normally like this Little Caesars but today was like being in an abusive relationship. I don’t know how long that pizza was laying around but it tasted, looked and felt like fourth dynasty Egypt. But at least the abuser, oops I meant young lady at the counter was pleasant. There’s no reason for a pizza to be this old only an hour and a half after the store opens. I used to really like Little Caesars but I think I’ve been put off it completely.

Came into this Little Caesars ordered a Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme with extra cheese. Let went to the store came back to pick up my Pizza and it was the wrong pizza. I asked if he could make the correct Pizza told me no and walked away from the counter and went to the back. A young lady that was working the back Hispanic with glasses came to the front asking if there was something I needed? I replied if I could get my pizza re made as well as a receipt? She replied I’m NOT the cashier I CAN’T help you sorry and walked away. I asked the guy if I could speak to a manager? He replied I am the manager I asked him for a receipt he printed out the receipt and let it fall into my hand as if I had a disease. I asked him is there someone over you here? With tears running down my face. I wasn’t disrespectful however I was highly disappointed and upset about how I was served and handled by both. I will be reporting both to a higher up manager.

It took longer than usual to be ready. Was supposed to be ready at 2:45 and had to ask the cashier if my pizza was ready past 2:50. I ordered online 40 minutes earlier. Also I ordered the three meat and I got like four pieces of meat in the middle of the pizza and the rest was just pepperoni.

This place takes forever to have the pizzas ready, literally took them over 30 minutes to hand me a pizza that looks like it been out all day, the pizza was cold we had to microwave it, this place needs new management, and new employees, don’t waste your time coming to this pizza place you will not get fresh pizza

Ordered two pizzas thru the app. Showed up at the latest pick up time. Asked about my order and was told it would take 7 minutes more for a thin crust pizza. Waited 40 minutes and they said they were still waiting on the ONE pizza. BAD customer service. Cashier was rude. Didn’t offer us anything for the wait.
