This has become our favorite place to get a sub. We have never had a bad experience here. We order online and our order is always ready when we get there. Plenty of toppings. Bread is great. I usually get the Godfather. We haven’t been to any other sub shop since discovering Dibellas.

I used to love their subs, but today not so much. Ordered the veggie sub as I always do, and got half a slice of cheese. The bread was hard as a rock. Tossed it in the trash. Don’t know if I’ll ever be back.

We ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad (add onion) and a BLT (add onion). Very disappointed that the BLT bread could not be toasted. We received our food, both items were missing the onions and the BLT was also missing the Swiss cheese. For $10.49, I expect the sub ordered to have the correct items contained in it. There are not a lot of options to add into the salad. The drink area countertop needed wiped down. The cashier was courteous. The grill-person seemed mildly irritated that we asked for our onions and cheese. You are not given a tray to carry the food and have to carry individual pieces of trash to the waste receptacle.

Never tried here before. Ordered a Philly and turkey subs for pickup. Everything bread was amazing! Delicious & did not get soggy like other subs we’ve had from elsewhere. Lots of meat & toppings. Pasta salad was tasty. Service was quick. We will definitely be back as this is our new favorite sub shop!!!

Very large shop. Lots of seating. They do a good job of giving you that “throwback” feel with their decorations which is their marketing push. It’s nice they offer three sizes of subs instead of just two. Pricing is reasonable and the selection offers variety. Overall the subs were delicious – quality bread and meat. I won’t be eating sub sandwiches here ever again. Starting the beginning of the year, they’re only put on half as much meat on their subs. They ask you, what cheese you want. And then they don’t put it on. We also told them we wanted mushrooms, onions and green peppers. They didn’t put that on either. There was barely enough meat on the sub to cover the full sandwich, and it was pathetically thin. The tomatoes that they put on it were so thin paper is thicker than these tomatoes were.
And When I got home and found out that they ripped us off by not putting enough meat on the sub. By not putting the cheese on the sub, by not putting the onions, mushrooms and green peppers on it. When I returned it to the store, I found out that the manager’s the one that served us the pathetic sub that we got . We’ve eaten at dibellas for a very long time and have never been ripped off as bad as we were today. For almost $13 for a sub, you should get more than a pathetic amount of meat didn’t put the green peppers, mushrooms or onions on it. Didn’t put the cheese on it. I think they expected you not to actually open the damn sandwich before we ate it, but I could tell by looking at it that they didn’t put anything on it. When I got home and unpackaged it .
my advice to anyone thinking about going to this restaurant, don’t
find somewhere else. There seem to be quite a few reviews of the same practice of not putting any meat on their subs.
