Terrible staff. Waited about 5 or 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged waiting at the counter. Woman taking our order was not very friendly either. Then the food took about 20 minutes to get our two burgers and a blizzard out with no one else in the restaurant. Food presentation was horrendous. Only good part of this experience was the blizzard which was actually quite good, but it had obviously been sitting as it was half melted. Overall would not return to this location. Needs better management.

Should have read reviews before stopping. Wanted a meal deal that included a sundae. Asked for sundae after the meal was told must take with meal. Eaten in many DQs. First time encountering this. Chose not to eat here. Got similar meal, cheaper at McDonald’s down the road.

Staff was nice. However… place was a mess and felt so dirty to eat anything here. My blizzard came out not very cold, and already melting. Pop machine had NO pops available. I know they are understaffed…we walked in and people were walking out leaving saying they were too slow…we did wait 20 mins for a small blizzard and a root beer float…But I would skip and go some where else…

Upon entering I was greeted by Melissa. Her customer service skills were exceptional. After ordering I passed by several dirty tables until finally settling on a table that I decided just to wipe off. The atmosphere felt dirty and honestly lowered my appetite. The food was done in average time. The chicken strip basket tasted good but seemed as if minimal effort was put into it. Pic of toast below. The other guest with me got the pineapple sundae and complained that the pineapple wasnt good but the ice cream was. Other guest also mentioned the mens bathroom was very clean.

The Dairy Queen here is more of a drive-through type of stop they have a large lobby area to sit need I find it really chilly in there with the air blowing and it just you know like it’s nothing special but the food is not bad not bad at all and the blizzards are really good but I I like just getting a hamburger there and usually a blizzard and that’s about it and I do the drive-thru and they’re friendly the staff is very friendly not all of them but most of them everybody has their day.

Worst service in LaPine . Prices are higher than other Dairy Queen’s . Trash service and high prices. Eat elsewhere. Management is rude as helll don’t bother complaining.

awesome ice cream on a hot day.. what now can i say my daughter said the mint doesn’t taste like mint it’s mint flavored syrup mixed into vanilla that isn’t right.. the ads say mint ice cream, not mint flavored.. but kids at counter was not very friendly, heavy on the cologne, so while i ate my ice cream i smelled an tasted his cologne.. clean tho. an very cold in there but still was an awesome stop!

My son had fun there. And the quality of food is usually the same (which is pretty yummy) sometimes I want more fries but I’m just a fat person lol. People there are nice too. I know-ish one employee and the other girl with so sweet to my son since she also has a baby his age.
Update: went in today got chicken strips. Couldn’t get drinks because the machine was broken. Got charged for extra sauce and gravy even though we were told they were out by the time we got to the window. And they still gave us a 1/4 full gravy. I got charged .99 cents for that gravy and .50 extra for a dressing on my receipt that doesn’t even exist. Then tried to tell me they were charging me for the ranch that came with my basket even tho that’s already rung up on the receipt and is PART OF THE MEAL. The girl was having trouble from the start and couldn’t even take the order at the drive thru. I should’ve taken the hint and went inside to order or not ordered at all. The girl was also extremely rude and tried to keep our receipt and we had to ask for it back.

So High priced not worth it. And quality has gon down hill. Also service is not that fast. You might as well spend your money and time at a real restaurant. And just get ice cream at the store. The 2 best restaurants in town in my opinion are Wickiup Station bar and grill just north on Hwy 97. Or Harvest depot in Lapine, south on Hyw 97.
