We went in at 11:30 on a Saturday expecting it to be open. We walked in and all the lights were off at the bar, the rest of the restaurant was dimly lit and there was one person there. We asked if it was open and he said yes, but everyone was in the “golf area”. We looked in the back where they’re building an add-on, and a few guys were back there playing a sim golf game. We came out to find a table. They were all dirty. They asked if we wanted drinks and we both said we’d have water. They said they didn’t have anything on, so they only had tap water. We sat down at a table that had a menu (they didn’t offer one), and they brought a couple small cups of water. Then he told us they could only make fried foods, because their cook wasn’t coming in until later. That’s when we got up and left.
If you’re going to say you have a restaurant open, actually have everything open and ready for business. If not, then don’t advertise that you’re open. I came in expecting to have a good lunch on a Saturday around noon, and left disappointed and hungry.

We had 2 bills on 1 table. After 51 mins, our friend had his food. Another 10 mins and we asked where ours was. We hadn’t even seen our appetizer. First lady said they didn’t have an order for us, then the waitress told us that they didn’t have pretzel buns and were afraid to ask us if a reg bun would be OK. We waited another 20 mins, our friend was finished before we got our food. One cheeseburger had bacon on it and side of fries that we had not ordered. They left it at the table and went back to make the wings that we did order but never got. As we finished eating and they brought the bill. They not only billed us for all the food we didn’t even order but had added a beer and a mixed drink on the bottom of the receipt. When I brought it to their attention, they had to give us cash back for the drinks we didn’t order bc they couldn’t put it back on the card and we still ended up paying for all the food we didn’t order. We will NEVER step foot into this establishment again. Worst place I have ever been to.

We are kinda new to the area, not too many places to choose from to sit down for dinner. We decided to give the hangout another try, (4th try) and still the same. Poor service, they only tend to the locals. Waited over an hour for wings! The wings were delicious though. Yummy! We won’t be back though. It’s a dark bar for locals which is fine but do not recommend if your wanting to try a new place or driving through.

Terrible food service!!!!! I made an order, them my son made his order, and then my step son and his girlfriend ordered there food. Well I got my food first and my stepson and his girlfriend got there’s. But MY son waited 2½ hours for his food!!! He had a cheeseburger and fries and mozzarella sticks. They did not even put the food order in, but charged him for it!!!!! After many attempts at locating his food, he was then “supposed to be refunded” his money and another order put in. So then they brought him my exact order to him!!! He did not order that!! So then they ask him ” what did you order them”? Really! After many times of me and my son asking about his food you’d think they would remember!! Wrong!!! So he made it very simple again. So then they bring him a chicken sandwich with cheese!!! Again he didn’t order that! But by then he was famished and ate it anyway. Poor service and very poor food!!!! I will never go back! And as of today the very next morning, they still have not refunded his money back!!!! Sad!

When a bartender is too busy on her phone, doing shots, and worried about illegal party favors she becomes a little too busy to serve people. Could be a very nice place if they could staff is correctly. The owners are nice and there are amazing bartenders there. But a bad egg can ruin it for a place.

Pretty chill place. Bartenders were great to me. Music was loud but I never asked for it to be turned down either so I can’t really complain plus it was a Friday night. Would recommend.
