We were parked to wait on our food for over 20 minutes. When we checked the order we got someone else’s order. We ordered a 12 piece with two large fries and large mashed potatoes. What we received was a custom 9 piece with fries, beans and rice. We paid for more food and received less. This is unacceptable. Will not be returning to this Popeyes.

Went in the drive through today, Sunday around noon. Ordered a 16 piece box of chicken, but only received 12, even though I was charged for a 16 piece. This Crosby location just doesn’t do a good job. The last time I came through there, I told the young lady what I wanted, I had to go inside and have them fix my order. The young lady actually said “well I didn’t know she wanted that.” She was too busy flirting with the boys to hear what I told her I wanted. Just don’t bother going here on weekends when the teens are “working.” Either they don’t understand responsibility or their managers just don’t care.

I really don’t write negative reviews, but This Popeyes is horrible, every time I order a 3 piece DARK MEAT they never fail to give me a big BREAST! FYI that is NOT dark meat.
Today (07/24/24) I went to get a 3 piece dinner, I asked for dark meat, in fact we had to drive up to the window to even be understood since the mic was so messed up and made it clear face to face we wanted ALL DARK 3 piece dinner. i open the box and low and behold a big fat breast !!! I backed up to the window and nicely asked for all dark meat “Valarie” replied stating they “no longer allow all dark or all white it is all mixed” but then said they would “fix it for me” then returned the box with TWO SPICY breast. I ordered mild. My boyfriend recently had his wisdom teeth which we stated is the reason is why he needs all dark as it isn’t as dry then they give us SPICY lol something he can’t have for 2 weeks after the procedure.

in what world do you go to an FOOD establishment let alone a CHICKEN place and they deny you to choose what kind of meat you would like? This is horrible and no Popeyes has ever told me that. This location is trash along with the other boy who is constantly complaining when I ask for all dark meat! ITS YOUR JOB. Don’t work here if u can’t don’t the smallest things such as customization of a customers order which in this case is simply choosing the correct chicken they asked for… simple if you ask me.

I feel like this place has a habit of missing your orders and this is our second time this happened I went to order a mixed 10-piece bone-in and what I got instead when I arrived home was boneless chicken and also it wasn’t warm at all

My wife and I were wanting some Popeyes chicken and weren’t around our normal places, so we mapped it. This location came up and to be honest, we really were torn about going or not. We sure didn’t like some of the reviews we read…but, chose to see for ourselves. When we walked in we were greeted by Tadasha and she was so nice and polite. Took our order and we received it within a few minutes. The chicken was hot and fresh along with the sides..this place may very well be getting a bad score for no reason..keep up the good work..we will be back.

It really doesn’t need a star. The service was great, atmosphere is good, it is the FOOD that is disgusting! I ordered a three wing combo and when you break apart the wings you could tell the bones in the wing were broken and blackened the meat. It’s obvious that Popeyes buyer is purchasing from a poor quality chicken provider. This is not a one time occurrence we’ve been seeing this off and on for several years. My wife had a two piece and the same with her wing and chicken breast had a smell. They switched it out for a chicken sandwich. We both lost our appetite. We will not be returning back! My only regret that I didn’t take the pictures, I showed it to the employee.
