Everything disgusting. Roaches living inside of the landline phone. They don’t delete anybody’s IDs or Social security cards off the computer that has NO password. It really smells like straight booboo if you walk in far enough. They smoke cigarettes barely out of the back door. Attitudes nasty, food nastier. May be the other way around tbh. Either way. I don’t understand how they’re still up and running tbh.

When using a third-party like Instacart, my order was completely messed up and missing many items when everything is clearly listed and not an itemized ticket. The workers in the restaurant should ensure that all items are in there.

That was my first and last KFC I could not believe it. The oil was old and tasted bad . The chicken tasted horrible. I wasted over $40 on 16 pieces. However, customer service was excellent, and the service was great and quick. I am sorry to say it, I will never have KFC in my life.

Let me start out this review by saying we actually haven’t ate here in over 8 months. Because the last time, it was horrible service and horrible food.
Today we decided to give it another try it was already late. We went there around 8:30pm, they don’t close until 10:30pm. We asked for a family meal and the lady on the intercom comes back and says they only have 4 pieces of chicken. I said it’s only 8:30pm and she repeats herself, we only have 4 pieces of chicken left.
No offer of making more. Nothing. So I thanked them and left.
How this location is still open is surprising! You would think around the holidays they would want to make sure they had enough food. Especially for the late shoppers. Plus the cost of the food is astronomical! It would’ve been a $60 meal!
Needless to say we won’t be going back here again!

The staff always seems like they are sleeping and don’t wanna be there.
The drive through works only when they choose to. You would drive up & be waiting for a response, either in have to go in or drive away.
Poor customer service or service with an attitude most times.

Can I give this 0 stars? Many employees are rude. Place is a little dirty, and I can’t count the number of times I would go in to get a breast or thigh and be told they have no more for (20? 30? 40?) minutes. BEFORE 8 pm.

Despite that, I kept going back, hooked on Colonel’s spices. What finally got me to give it up is that this store would automatically round up your bill to an even amount, and give that to the KFC charity without asking. This happened several times on drive through (a 9.15 bill got rounded up to $10, which was the first time this happened and I didn’t notice until getting home), and the workers faked not knowing what happened. Then one time, I went inside, and the same thing happened, and the girl refused to give me back my money until I raised enough of a complaint (5+ minutes later) saying she couldn’t go back in the drawer again, and why am I complaining about 50 cents? More like, why are you automatically charging me 50cents extra without asking me?

I complained twice to national. The second time, I included my email and phone number, checked the part that said I would like to have someone contact me and included in the comments that I would like someone to get back to me. No one did, so I’ve stopped going to KFC, but especially this one.

I’ve eaten before at the KFC on 376 in Hopewell, and it is much cleaner, friendlier, and didn’t have the auto-roundup. But, thanks to the shady operations of Poughkeepsie KFC and lack of concern from national, I won’t be going to any of them.

The food was good as always. I love their french fries but it appears that i unknowingly ordered on a day where they were rationing fries. No joke there was like 10 fries in my order which was really upsetting because, as i stated previously i LOVE their french fries. Im still going to order from here again but it was just disappointing :

An overstressed staff doing the best with what they have. My one star rating is because I just heard the manager tell someone their order would take 25 minutes and when the woman said she would wait another manager who was out back smoking weed yelled “!!!KCUF” about as loud as humanly possible. I also don’t like how on a Sunday they are open until 10pm but at 9pm they’re virtually clocked out and out back smoking with the door wide open out back for bugs to enter and exit as they wish. I type this as I wait for a very simple order which doesn’t even see them do anything other than grab a cup and fries yet it’s been 10 minutes so I decided to save the next person. I wish this place would fire its entire staff because these people don’t want to REALLY work, I mean the cross eyed manager has been there for a decade, bro should be in corporate yet he’s still here being average or less consistently. I want better for him and I don’t even know him other than his name is sincere or something to that effect? For a company who has fallen from grace the way KFC has this is inexcusable and the employees are easily frustrated and show it to customers by yelling and being rude. It seems like they purposely make you wait forever for your orders here to basically discourage people from coming. I don’t think the staff realizes most employees don’t want lazy employees but hey maybe if all else fails they can trade their jerseys in for a new one at McDonald’s on Main Street which is an equally garbage place food wise but the workers at least try to pretend to not be jerks. Another 5 minutes has elapsed & at this point I will make it my goal to reach out to someone in corporate because this place is a mess and embarrassing to the colonels legacy of decent fast food and I saw that as a tongue in cheek joke of sorts but NOT REALLY.
