Someone told me about this place and I had to try them. Their menu is huge and everything is good. You can really customize your burger. I prefer Texas Toast. Their fries are seasoned so good. They SERVE BREAKFAST ALL DAY

* Yes, it was definitely this location and there are also other pictures on your site with the same red and white paper. I have been to the Jimmy’s Big Burger Lakeworth and I was instantly a fan. I expected the same great experience at the Arlington location and boy, what a disappointment. The location is rundown and the inside is absolutely disgusting. Dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty restrooms… You name it. Absolutely disgusting. We ended up hesitantly getting our food to go. The burgers and fries weren’t bad, but we couldn’t finish our meal thinking about how disgusting this location was.

I don’t know what to say about Jimmy’s. I used the slice app to order a pickup order. It was 6:45 when I place the order but I had to select a time and the earliest available was 7:30 so when I arrived at 7:10 that is still not started on the order yet. In addition I ordered a thousand island half pound burger combo. It did not give me any options as to my side. French fries apparently were it even though they didn’t even say that that was going to be it. I’m much would rather would have had tater tots. Which I saw in the menu when I got there but not on the application. I went ahead and ordered a side of chili cheese fries not knowing that I would get a side of fries with my burger and a full order of chili cheese fries. It’s fine That was all fine I could handle all that. I had ordered my burger with no tomatoes but keeping the listed pickles and lettuce option. I received my order after waiting for 15 minutes upon arrival and there was no lettuce no pickles or tomatoes just thousand Island dressing onions and a bunch of cheese sauce and bacon. I informed the young lady who was polite the entire time about the issue she returns to me saying that the thousand Island Burger doesn’t come with vegetables. Well according to the website it does. I asked her could I please have some pickles and lettuce on my burger she said Yes but there’s an upcharge. Keep in mind at this point my meal was at $28 and the service was about $5 worth. And rapidly falling. I asked her are you serious? She said yes and I said Are you really serious? She said yes. I then asked how much for you to put pickles and lettuce on this burger? She said $0.50. fine I gave her a dollar she give me back five dimes. The burger was then returned to me I inspected it. It contained lettuce, and tomato. No pickles. I informed the young lady that I would not be returning she offered me a free beverage from the cooler which I took a Arizona iced tea fruit punch. I said thank you and I will try to forget this dining experience ever happened. I’ve not even tasted the food yet Not really looking forward to it at this point.

It was my first time here. I came at opening, so it was nice. Service was welcoming. I ordered the bacon cheese burger w/ fries. The patty had no seasoning. The only flavor I tasted was the bacon. The fries, however, did have seasoning and were crispy, which made me enjoy my lunch a little more. Overall rating I give this place a 4☆. If I were in the area, I’d like to see how their wings are, but only if I’m in the area.

First time customer just wanted to see what all the hype was about and I was Not!! Disappointed!! I got a bacon cheeseburger combo burger is seasoned really good. Fries are awesome. Customer service. I was greeted with a small and called by my name so yes I will definitely come back.

If you’re reading this, you’re probably wondering how good of food this place is. Let’s just say that after I just finished chowing down a Texas double burger, I’ve already told 5 of my co-workers about this place. Walking in, i could smell the sweet grilling of bacon, and just that alone had me hooked. The burger was by far the best burger I have had in a really long time. So much so, I didn’t want to let it go to get a fork to eat up everything it dropped. Staff was super friendly and very polite. And the dining area was nice and clean too. If you want a high-quality burger and fries that taste fresh, stop in and give them your business.

We love Jimmy’s!! Had lunch here for the first time and loved it. We had a steak sandwich combo with fries, a big texas burger combo with fries, and a side of fried pickles. The food portions were definitely worth the cost, and the prices are totally reasonable. When we went during lunch time, it was a little busy, BUT once you taste the food you’ll definitely understand why the wait is worth it. The woman at the counter taking order was SUPER sweet and very patient with us while we ordered. Even tho she was very busy, she never once stopped smiling or welcoming new customers in.
We will definitely stop by again.
