I normally don’t do reviews, but this one definitely needed a review. To the teenage girl who worked on January 19 in the evening, was literally on their phone the whole entire time., was not responsive while it was busy, and literally had me waiting for 20 minutes when the pizza and the wings that I ordered was clearly ready. Instead of taking care of the line, she stayed on her phone and waited until the end of her shift until someone came.. it was until I asked an update on my order as she had her purse leaving when she informed me that my order was ready and literally had me waiting for 20+ minutes when everything was already ready. Please, either someone fire her or train her because I would not be ever going back for the horrible service that I experience

Probably the first time a Little Caesars Pizza actually had my full order (sauce included) ready in the Pizza Portal. I mean it was a magical experience, the code worked and I was in-and-out in less than a minute. The pizza was made to perfection as well, the whole experience just made my whole afternoon!

I honestly dream of the day when a regional supervisor or even health inspectors show up at this location without prior notice and see what actually goes on in the kitchen. The things employees do behind the scenes are disturbing and disgusting. This store seriously needs oversight and accountability.

We placed an order on the phone the guy sounded like he didn’t know what he was doing. I come into the store and my order was nonexistent. I had to place my order yet again in store. They proceeded to take almost 20mins to make 2 cheese pizzas and 1 order of crazy puffs.

A lot of people seem to have a problem with this location but I don’t. They are always nice. Yes it might take long but if you want your pizza cook then wait. They do get busy at certain times so it’s easy for the ones already ready pizza to go. Prices are great and I’ve never been disappointed with the product and the employees.

I recently had one of the most disappointing experiences at Little Caesars. I placed my order with the expectation of quick and easy service, as advertised. However, what should have been a simple pick-up turned into an unnecessarily long and frustrating wait. Despite the promise of “Hot-N-Ready,” I waited far beyond the expected time, and no one provided any updates or explanations during that period.

When I finally received my order, I was even more frustrated to find that the food was cold and tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. The pizza was not fresh, the crust was hard, and the cheese had hardened. It was very clear that quality was not a priority, and I felt let down because I had chosen Little Caesars for the convenience and value they usually promote.

What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff. When I politely asked for an update on my order, I was met with dismissive attitudes and short responses, as if I was bothering them. There was no apology for the delay or the condition of my food, and no effort was made to correct the situation. The team seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, which reflected poorly on the store’s management.

Overall, this visit left a very bad impression on me. I’ve enjoyed Little Caesars in the past, but this experience made me question if I will return. It’s disappointing when a company you count on for quick, affordable meals falls short on both service and quality. I hope the management takes steps to improve both customer service and food standards so that other customers don’t leave as dissatisfied as I did.

It was terrible. They don’t cut pizza correctly and they take hours to make the pizza. The people working there are just having fun and on their phones. They give pizza to people who just order quickly and then people who have been waiting for hours have to wait more time. It is terrible. Don’t go there again.

Every time you come to this location they always tell you even if you order over the phone that they only take exact change or a credit card that doesn’t make sense. That every time you come to this location that the machine is down and you need exact change our credit card. Same one need to check this location out
