I am a frequent customer at this Starbucks store and needed to use the restroom. I asked the Starbucks cashier what the restroom door code was, but she said I would need to order something before she would give the door code to me. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order at the moment. Fortunately I had remembered the old restroom door code from the day before. I used the old code and it worked. I went back to the cashier and told her that it’s bad customer service to require a frequent customer to order something before giving them the restroom door code. The cashier said this is store policy. I feel insulted by this and decided not to order anything. I went back to the table with my laptop. A minute later the cashier came up to me and told me I would need to leave the store if I didn’t order anything. I said I hadn’t decided on what I wanted, but it doesn’t matter because I’m already insulted by the poor customer service and lack of trust in the business relationship. I asked the cashier who the manager was, and she said she was the store supervisor. Her name is Lexi. Lexi said the store manager was gone for the day. I asked Lexi if she was kicking me out of the store for not buying anything. She said it was store policy. I told her I had been a frequent customer at this Starbucks store for many months, but she just said she was following store policy. I told her I would not be returning. I took my laptop and left the store. I feel insulted and have lost trust in Starbucks. I will not be returning to this store again unless I receive a formal apology.

This location is very busy. They seem to always get my order right and the drinks taste great. Today I had a blackberry refresher with lemonade. It was balanced perfectly and tasted great. Not to mention the service was very fast. The employee seem friendly and nice. I was also surprised by the vast selection of Starbucks merchandise cups that they had. I use the restrooms and they were very clean and well-maintained. That is always a huge plus!

Coffee is always amazing, but I’d like to give a shout out to one of the barista that was on shift, I believe her name was Lex. Super sweet and cheerful girl! She definitely made my day a whole lot better, I hate what these baristas have to deal with on a day to day basis of angry customers! Customer service does NOT pay high enough!!

We wanted to use the bathroom first before ordering and found the doors are key code locked so we inquired at the counter and were told that we would not be able to use the restroom unless we first made a purchase. This is frustrating, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I ordered a couple of drinks and finally after paying was given the code so I could use the bathroom. Then was given my brewed coffee and I was waiting for at least 10 more minutes for my second drink while they proceeded to fill orders of customers that were not there in person. I finally asked about our second drink and they apologized and proceeded to make it at that time. I have always found it frustrating that they make drinks for customers that are not there in person prior to making drinks for those customers who are actually right in front of them…please start prioritizing in person customers and please allow customers the comfort of going to the bathroom prior to ordering which would make ordering more comfortable.

If you are a white male, you are discriminated against, especially at this location in st cloud.
I had been working and wanted to wash my hands before placing my order and or touching anything in the store. The two ladies at the counter, refused to let me use the bathroom unless I had already placed an order. When I called them out and this one of them said she didn’t want me making a scene. I told them that I didn’t want to be discriminated against, but here we are. I showed her my app and told her that I had been a starbucks customer for twenty years and said goodbye. I will never walk into a starbucks store again!

I usually buy my coffee and other items from this store, often through the drive-thru. Today , I stopped in intending to get a strawberry lemonade refresher and needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, I was told I had to place my order before being allowed to use the restroom, which was very inconvenient.
Because of that, I ended up leaving and going to Caribou Cafe across the street, where I could use the restroom freely and then buy my drink without a problem.
I want to share this feedback because customers come to Starbucks for both the drinks and the convenience of the experience. A policy that prevents restroom use before ordering really takes away from that welcoming environment.

Beyond and above customer service, people here working hard especially in this area when the weather is bad, also they stand for long hour, coffee is good, I got my usual late with the extra shot after a long day fasting, thank you again for staying late
