Spent $34 to order this tonight through Uber Eats but what a sloppy mess, the brisket is hard as a rock and I could barely chew it. Total rip off and Smokey Bones used to be good! Not anymore! This was the worst food ever! And when my husband tried to report it and included a pic, he received a response that his order doesn’t qualify for a refund. Well I guess we won’t ever be ordering from Smokey Bones anymore!

Nice, quiet, family friendly environment. The wait for the food was very long even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Food came out missing items and the baked potato wasn’t baked all the way. Lots of selection for food with large portion sizes. The steak was very good!

Deanna’s customer service was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she welcomed me with a warm, genuine smile that instantly made me feel comfortable. She took the time to thoroughly explain the menu and highlight the specials, making sure I understood all the options and felt confident in my choices. Her friendly attitude and attentiveness truly stood out. The food was just as incredible—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and Deanna played a huge part in making it so enjoyable!

Definitely not impressed. 10 minutes for a table because they were “short on menus” then another 10 or 15 before the waiter came for drink orders. Took forever for him to come back with drinks then he had to ask “have you ordered yet”. Idk did you take an order from us? There were plenty of empty tables. They weren’t packed other than the area by the front doors. Best thing was probably the corn bread app and the broccoli. Ribs were just eh and stew was more soup than stew. Receipt suggested 20, 25, and 30% tip. Service should reflect that if you’re going to ask for those percentages. Definitely won’t be back. (And the bathroom had a weird smell. Little girl walked in covered her nose and said she wasn’t using it and walked out. Don’t blame her at all.)

It is freezing in this place!!! The manager said the heat went out a month ago and they were only given money for 2 small heaters. No warning was given about the heat before we sat down and ordered food. EVERYONE sat and ate with hats and coats on. This is terrible.

Came in on a Friday night around 5:30/6pm & place was not packed at all. Seated immediately. Lexi was our server & she was great! Attitude & respect were amazing! Food tasted really good! I maybe got more than I needed! LOL lunch for tomorrow!!

Heather was an excellent waitress. The food was great! Our family enjoyed the pretzel appetizer with cheese and I had a brisket grilled cheese that was indulgent and satisfying. The restaurant was a little chilly due to some heating issues but the kind service made up for it!

Later, sat a bar, pretty much empty. Wings, side Cesar, Diet Coke (thank you). $30 w/o tip – seemed pricey compared to competition – worse was the suggested tip of 20/25/30 – especially considering I was one of three customers in the entire place. Food was decent – paid for the nearby convenience. Not likely to repeat too much to offer elsewhere for that price.
