As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Had to return because my order was missing food and actually very cold. When I asked
for a refund that wasn’t available because the order was placed online. They offered to remake all the food unfortunately a 20 minute wait for the same food I had just received and returned. Unfortunately I thought I would get hot fresh food I had been missing for years only to old stale buns, cold sandwiches after all that craving and having a Checker’s in Texas. Last time eating at this restaurant.

Vibes can be a little odd sometimes late at night but what do you expect. The foods always freshly made and delicious. Rally’s is top tier fast food imo. And it’s always fast and hot, never had a problem here.

I know I have a Rally’s review for a different location, but this location absolutely made me change my mind.
It was late at night and I had been waiting for a bit at the window to get my order taken, I mentioned to another customer that it was taking a while to get served. Immediately the manager came around the side of the building, asked if we were waiting to be waited on and immediately took our order. Within 5 minutes myself and the other customer had our orders and were already leaving.
My order was perfect, fresh and hot, and the manager that night was wonderful and I’m sorry to say I did not catch her name.
This location is the best Rally’s that I have ever been to. Definitely recommend.

After sending my old poor uncle walking to the store to pick up my mobile app order armed with the order number . He walked all the way back home very upset and defeated . The worker at the window was very rude saying ” Idk what u r talking about ! Idk nothing bout a mobile order ! ” .…… Pretty much verbatim . I then got dressed armed with the app on my phone “that up until now I was using regularly ” Was then met with the same lack of charm charisma and people skills needed in public service , I stuck up for my uncle then asked them to find my order , it was right there bagged easy to find , cold and soggy . The manager came over listened to my problem handed me the bag did not say a word then walked away . I opened the bag explained that I only had half the order , the worker asked me to move so she could take the next person’s order and let her use her personal hotspot to do so then I asked if I could get fresh fries they gave me 1 med fry nothing fresh in my bite box sent me away , I got home they didn’t give my other chicken bites . I went back tried to make peace and avoid repercussions by buying 2 pies and a cream drink with ice cream , ” they said they were out when I asked for a cone” got my drink waited 18 mins and had to remind them I was waiting then finally got my cold pies and cold bites , I asked for sauce worker said quote ” no they don’t come with sauce ” I’m not one to complain but jeez !¡?!?!

Came to this place because it open late and close at 2AM. This part of town looks really dangerous and unsafe. I see a herd of giant rodents running outside the place made me lost my appetite. Also they got a bunch of weirdos hanging around here. Not coming here late because I have kids. Only good thing is the staff are pretty cool

This has got to be the sorriest, nastiest and slowest drive through I’ve ever been through. I ordered online before going through the drive thru and I still waited 40 minutes for my food There was only one car in front of me. I was the second car in line on the left side and I watched four other cars pull up and go before they even acknowledged my side. When they finally came to my window, they handed me my food with four combos stuffed into one bag. My kids were literally crying hungry but I had already paid so I pretty much had to wait for the order. I wish I would have known it was this bad, I would have went somewhere else. I promise I will never return to this location or maybe even any of their locations for this matter. My first and last time trying here. I wish I could give negative stars on all aspects.

Service was horrible. Lady came from smoking, didn’t wash her hands. Was swiping her iPhone aaaannnd apple watch while preparing food. Do better.
