Ordered a sofritas bowl via DoorDash. Arrived in a timely manner. Issue is with the contents of the bowl. My wife is vegetarian and ordered sofritas, it came with full pieces of chicken and pieces of beef in the bowl. This store clearly needs review from management as they are not being conscious of cross contamination in any capacity. Hopefully someone with a food allergy doesn’t get sick from the location.

Not one to leave bad reviews. This place needs leadership BADLY . Hope corporate sees this . Came in at 9:50 (70 minutes to close). I understand breaking down a bit , but they had EVERYTHING put away. Asked for medium salsa “WERE OUT!!!” One employee was cleaning and spraying chemicals RIGHT where another was making orders …. If you want to close at 10 , just put that on the door ??? ♂️ ♂️ It’s obvious there are no standards or leadership at this location.

I was honestly so shocked when the server gave me my chicken bowl with barely any chicken in it. I get that portions can vary a little, but this was ridiculously stingy — like two tiny pieces of chicken in the whole bowl. I even asked if that was the full portion, and they just nodded without a word. For the price, I expect a fair amount of protein, not just a scoop of rice and beans. Super disappointing experience.

I went to eat around 8:00 pm today and there was a woman working at the cash register. I have never seen such a disrespectful, rude, foul-mouthed woman in my life. She was talking to someone she knew at the cash register and was saying very rude things. I was really ashamed to be there with my daughter and I will never go there again. I hope you see my complaint and do what is necessary. It is really disgusting to employ such a rude girl.

Always get a half chicken/half steak bowl, and never had a problem with the potions before at the location. Barely got any rice, and when I asked about them putting steak in the bowl, they said “we already did”. Little to no protein in the bowl, Fiji’s veggies, but tons of lettuce, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. I get portion size, but for $11+ at least put some product in the bowl.

probably the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to and the worst customer service i’ve ever had in my life at any restaurant. worker was so rude, didn’t smile at any point, mumbled the whole time, looked annoyed every time i spoke and gave the smallest possible portions i had to ask for a little more of each item. would rather drive the 20 min to the chipotle further away.

I’ve had a number of experiences ordering online and picking up my meal, only to get home to find items missing. Even when we get the food, the burritos are often light on paid for ingredients or smashed down so they look like taco bell.
I cannot do anything else but highly recommend never ordering from this restaurant or eating at this establishment.

They barely give you any food. It’s embarrassing how little chicken I got in my burrito bowl. I even asked if they could add just a little more because I currently had about enough to satisfy a 3 year old child. Avoid this location!

Food is really good, but they only serve small portions(Corn, Proteins, Guacamole, Queso), we have to ask second time if its not enough. Atmosphere is good and it can accommodate upto 64 people at same time. Most of the time, it would be crowded. Better order online and pick up here, if you would like to avoid the queue.
