Worst place to go. Went there Sunday the 27th of January 2025. The guy that was in there told me when I went in, “I’m on break” He went out side to smoke, came back in and then proceeded to fix him something to eat. Had to go to another subway because he refused to serve me. I called back to ask for the owner name. He said “There was no owner and he remember my car and he was not going to serve me whenever I come back there. Don’t waste your time at this subway, since they hire someone like him!!!

Normally,when I go here. The food is good and exceptional service. This time flies were flying and lettuce was a little brown. I was hungry so I brought the food anyway. The person helping me wasn’t really paying any attention to what I was saying. Never ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted and didn’t add oil until I asked again. She was talking to another employee. My sandwich was ok.

It’s good/decent for most of the week but the last meal was kinda…I think the owner (pretty sure it was the owner the made my food) reuses some of the food. Like dude the meat should be updated everyday right? Seemed old but I thought subway made it fresh every day. Otherwise they’d have 5 stars. Great service all around. Clean and doesn’t take too long to get my food.

I will never go to another subway again. I work close by and the same girl and guy there always make the best sandwiches, don’t know what it is. I get the same thing almost every time. Also, the girl rolls the best wraps. It’s unreal.

I don’t know who owns the store, The store hours vary according to who’s working. I stopped to get a salad, at 7:35 pm, the store was CLOSED, the workers were in the store, sitting with the DOOR LOCKED at 7:35 pm saying they were CLOSED. My Husband asked what time they close? The young lady replied. We are trying to be out by 8:00. We went to the subway in Madison. I Will never go to the WATKIN DR SUBWAY, in Jackson Again. Now on to FACEBOOK.

As I was walking out the door, I fell on the step right in front of the door. The employees didn’t care too much about it. One of the other customers said it happened to her also. Also, the restroom has been out of order for a while. Go somewhere else.

Guy with Mohawk closed the whole store locked the doors and said they were closed. Store wasn’t closed but door was locked.
