Cons: thin crust only (?)
These are some tasty pizzas! And you don’t even have to wait that long for them to finish cooking your specially made pizza! Seating is comfortable and there’s plenty of it, both inside and on the patio. The medium pizzas are a good size, so you can probably eat a whole one if you’re hungry; if you’re not that hungry, you can split one with a friend, or take the rest home, since they offer to-go pizza boxes for no extra charge. Their flavored tea is tasty, if a bit overly sweet.
Overall, would recommend!
What is with the under-done / soggy pizza crust everywhere here in Alexandria drives me nuts. This message is to all the rest of ya.
Thanks Wildwood for doing it right
Friendly staff. We had their medetaranian pizza and shrimp pizza and everyone in the family loved it
I ordered a side salad with the wild wood ranch (basic salad- basic ranch) and the cheese pizza.
The 2 star rating was because of the pizza. It was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. I’m not sure what these other reviews were about- or if I just had a bad pizza- but the bottom of the pizza felt powdery and looked as if it had ash on the bottom- tasted the same.
I have a rating that I use when I go out- would I go again with my money- no.
Would I go again if someone else were paying- maybe- but I would be disappointed- and would probably stick to the salad.
Again- the service was great. I spoke up and they immediately refunded me. Everyone was nice and professional.
After waiting 30 minutes, I let the cashier know that I could no longer wait and would return later. At that point, a staff member in the back loudly stated that she had my pizza, followed by another comment indicating she had the wrong order. Believing she was referring to my order, I asked for clarification, and she responded by yelling again that my pizza was in front of her.
Overall, the staff’s tone and demeanor—particularly the cashier’s—came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
They have a deal for a pizza with up to 4 toppings, 2 salads & 2 large drinks that’s called 2 for $20, but it ends every day at 4 pm. The 2 for $20 deal is the best & cheaper way to go, not that it’s expensive.
