My first time in this location, but I had Playa Bowl before. The Acai bowl is really good, fresh fruits, good portions and price. The store inside and out looks really nice, clean and the girl that attended me was kind she was greeting since I walk in. And around that area is another thing you can do or visit after.

I’ve always LOVED Playa bowl since the first time I’ve tried them in Ocean City last summer, but the workers at the mosaic location can never seem to get the order right. When I order in person they’ll always forget to add the extra fruit add on that I paid for with the order, or whenever I do a delivery order they’ll always forget to add something as well. It’s been a reoccurring thing, it’s best to order in person than to do an online order at this location because they will mess up almost every time. Like for this instance I ordered a Nutella bowl, without coconut flakes/bananas and I added blueberries, they were suppose to add the Nutella on top (the main reason why I ordered this bowl) but they didn’t add any… The Nutella bowl was suppose to have Nutella on top of the fruits. If I wasn’t sick I would’ve never ordered online, I hope the employees can pay more attention to the order details that’s all.

This Playa Bowls in my daughter’s favorite! We come here often after her soccer practices for a healthy and tasty meal, and the bowls here hit the spot every single time. A few weeks ago, we brought some of her soccer team with us, and the manager (I think her name was Ellie or maybe Ellen?) was happy to accommodate a large group and help us move tables. I would 100% recommend.

The workers are always great and friendly, but unfortunately the bowls don’t seem to be made fresh. The past few times I’ve gone, my green bowls have been frozen and crumbly, making them very hard to eat. It doesn’t resemble a real smoothie bowl. Most recently, I had to wait 10–15 minutes for it to thaw.

Great vibe as always. Solid menu… BUT… I was dissatisfied with the accuracy of my order.
On a rainy evening, dashed in the order the Power Bowl to go. It’s missing granola and the acái melted way too soon… Since it wasn’t made individually for the order. Dunno… Just disappointed and didn’t notice until I was already on the road and wasn’t about to come back and fight for parking just to remedy the order.

Latin for bowl. Just saying that because I heard someone mispronounce it. Look I’m a big fan Açai bowls and smoothies rather than ice cream. I definitely feel better as a dad giving them organic açai antioxidants and has such a cool story from its beach side start up.
Seating is limited however, if you do happen to score a outside table with a huge umbrella, you’ll be lucky to people watch during the busy mosaic weekends. Additionally, I’ve had the cold brew and it’s pretty strong nothing fancy just strong caffeine.
