Order the 8 pc family meal and the chicken was disguising it taste like it was cooked in old cooking oil and like if it was made in the morning. My kids didn’t even eat the chicken and I could call and complain because they were closed but I would never return back here again I remember when KFC use to be good but not anymore!

Got to kfc at 7:03pm made my order at 7:20pm was told that my wing will take another 7min….like really? They was more worried about cleaning and closing then customer service. They prioritize driver thru and mobile order and not the people that dined in and take out. I didn’t get my food until 7:41pm. Do better Tulare this is why I go to Visalia.

Food was good. My order a little wrong but the staff went above and beyond to fix it.
My family loves the extra crispy and the chicken tenders are perfect for my kids. The hot wings were a bit disappointing, feel like I should have stuck with honey or not got them. But as usual the mash potatoes and macaroni and cheese was delicious.

So I had a BOGO coupon for the chicken sandwich, and I got one regular and one spicy. Its basically the same sandwich but a different sauce. The regular has mayo and the spicy has spicy sauce. Same chicken patty. That is why Popeyes has the superior sandwich in my opinion because they have spicy infused in the breading. Would I eat this again? Not with a Popeyes across the street

7/17/25 4:30pm I went through drive thru. After I paid and received my drinks I was informed that it would be a four minute wait for fries. I was told to pull over in the drive through and they would bring out my order. Twenty minutes past and I had to watch other people receive their orders and I was still waiting. I ended up calling the restaurant to see what was going on. I did finally receive my order after that as well as two free cakes which I do appreciate. But my chicken type was wrong. I asked for original and received extra crispy. But I should have to call just to receive my order. Doesn’t make me want to come back. Especially in drive through.

6:00 p.m. 1/23/2024 Went to pick up my husband’s order. It had been placed ten minutes prior to me getting to the restaurant. Stood at the counter for another six minutes until another customer came in and stood near me at the same counter. Stood there for another six minutes, Until a young lady finally walked up to the front to take orders. She took the man’s order first. Even though I had been standing there well before him. She didn’t even acknowledge me. Until she looked over and kind of smirked and attempted to hide her laugh. I’m assuming I looked a little upset that I had been standing there well before he was, and she acknowledged him and took his order. After he was done, she looked at me and asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She said o k and kind of wandered off as the manager was approaching. The manager didn’t really seem to care. As I was trying to explain what happened he narrowed his eyes as to say “I don’t give a damn about this conversation” So I said screw it and left. I understand you’re busy, but you should at least acknowledge people when they come in. The young lady was rude, she had to have seen me waiting there at the counter for a whole 6 mins before the other customer walked in. So to smirk and attempt to hide your apparent amusement at my frustration is unbelievably rude. I will be calling corporate, both the manager and young employee need more training. And I expect the manager to give a damn!!
And how on earth does it take well over 20 mins to put some chicken in a bucket?? I watched them put my order together, all they did was grab everything from their holding units and slap it into a bucket, put it in the bag and hand it to me. It should not have taken that long.

Customer service was amazing today 6/17/25 at 10:24am. Made an order through the app and forgot to modify no corn on the famous bowl so I called and the gentleman who answered was very kind and took my request no problem. No corn added when I picked up my order. Thank you and sorry I didn’t get your name.

The place was clean, great service my pot pie was perfect and I didn’t have to wait too long!! Great place to eat while passing threw Tulare off of prosperity Ave Ty KFC employees! & one employee found my cell in the restroom she was so sweet! Definitely recommend this place!

I had to repeat myself more than once! I still got my order wrong! I asked for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, combo! & only received 1 but they still added the extra drink & side. But they manage to forget the other sandwich!
