Great atmosphere, friendly service. We just happen to know the assistant manager. Sarah and the service was awesome. It’s a great place to hang out. It’s a great place to Relax and have a nice cup of coffee or tea and breakfast.

This is my favorite Starbucks location!
The Staff here are very friendly and have great customer service.
I work remotely and have the benefit of getting my work done here on a daily basis, my “other office”.
There are power plugs and plenty of tables to get your work done or simply power up your laptop and cell phone.
The bathroom is always clean and does not need a code for entry.
The patio is spacious and allows you to enjoy your drink while enjoying the cool breeze of Suisun City.
There are times when it’s really busy here simply on location and drive thru availability. But, the staff is great and will bring your coffee to your table if you have to wait.
I have visited many Starbucks and this place always has my coffee prepared right!
Hot coffee with a pump of hazelnut syrup and a splash of heavy cream, delicious!

This location checks all the positive boxes. However, the one thing I DISLIKE about this location is that you cannot easily re-access the cafe from the outside patio. The door to re-enter is ALWAYS locked and you must walk all the way around the the front of the store. So annoying and such an inconvenience! And it’s always FREEZING inside. Bring a parka if you plan on sitting inside for long.

Has plugs to charge phone/laptop! WiFi was down when I came, but am still rating highly on the idea this doesn’t happen often. There were nice places to sit, looking at a laptop on your own, or chatting with a few other people. Of course the staff were nice. Good meetup place for the edge of Fairfield / Suisun City.

Only 2 employees were working during my visit, not sure if others were working in the back, etc. I think they prioritize the drive thru over inside customers. I guess I was there between shift changes, one employee was ordering drinks post shift and the other ordered food pre-shift. Management needs to Manage…ruined my customer experience. I waited an unusual amount of time for my order to be taken and to receive it. The lobby was disheveled; practically every table had remnants of previous customers. This is a new store that probably needs Corporate oversight… the Manager needs to be retrained. The drink was okay, I was just over it by the time I received it.

Terrible service,no sleeves for hot drinks!! I went in the drive thru,She put 2 cups instead and she didn’t close it all the way. As I was passing it to the other person in the car it opened and spilled everywhere…and we got burned. I told her and she had a terrible attitude, didn’t even apologize. I asked for napkins and walked sooooo slow to get them. Will not come here again, I asked for the manager and he just said he couldn’t do anything about not having sleeves for hot drinks…ridiculous.
