Pollo Loco is always tasty and fresh. Seeing the chicken in those grills is heaven. The staff is real friend and attentive. You gotta use coupons they are really good. I really admire places that have good coupons, specially in these times where everything is so expensive. Try the stuff quesadillas they are bomb and that red sauce is dynamite

Place is trash, 100%. Order a chicken tinga burrito with extra chicken. Never put it in the burrito. Literally six nickel size pieces of dried chicken in the burrito. Ordered the double chicken tostada, received the extra chicken, if you can call it that. Dry Chicken jerky is was I received. Food quality at this location and others is complete trash. Incompetence from the head Top of El Pollo loco to the workers at the stores. Quality is ZERO . If I could leave no star then I would. Total waste of $25.00.

In today’s day pollo loco has tons of competition, there’s many options to choose from just in the Renaissance Prkwy Shopping Center. I wash shocked when I opened my green salsa quesadilla the top piece only had 2 small pieces of chicken. I tried this quesadilla for the first time at a different location in chino and absolutely loved it! The quesadilla was so full I was expecting the same experience from this location and was sadly disappointed. As you know pollo loco is priced higher than most fast food places, I expected more than 2 pieces of chicken per slice.

Went here to get lunch, the order took a long time as there was no one waiting for orders. The food, at least the broccoli is old as if they took out the old broccoli and served with mold barely starting to grow on it. After all the visits this restaurant seems to act as they don’t care for the health risks of costumers that consume the foods.

We came with coupons buy one get one free and $5.00 off your order. Used both had two piece and tostado salad plus chicken nachos with drink. This was our first time at this location. It has more seating options than one closure to our house and is newer.

I live across the street from this location and I come here more times that I care to remember, however, I’ve always have done drive thru. Today the line was insane so I decided to go order inside and to my surprise the attendant with an attitude told me she couldn’t take my order that they have two monitors there to order… I’m savy and very well manage technology but I couldn’t customize my order the way I like it. So after playing with the screen for a few minutes I decided I was in the wrong place and took myself to the next door fast food joint were I was greeted with joy. Next time I crave Pollo Loco I most likely will drive to the location in Fontana and may never stop here again. I know Pollo Loco will not go out of business for losing a customer but I would highly recommend the store manager to reconsider how you train your employees to greet your customers and make efforts to help regardless if you have automated service.
