Always a great spot for coffee and food. Hiba (owner) works most mornings and their family takes pride in their menu. Today I had a large latte. Their food is prepared/baked onsite and I enjoy their selection of sconces and muffins as well as the sausage roll!

This review is only for their roasted bean. I have not tried their coffee in store. The product (espresso) the beans is not bad. For me, there was way too much chaff in the beans. I had to spend too much time trying to get as much out as possible, and even then, it made the home brewing process more messy than it should be. I get zero chaff from other local and online roasters, so I was surprised when I tried this place for the first time.
Inside was nice, cozy, and welcoming. The employees were nice. I even emailed about all the chaff, and they responded really fast. No issues with customer service.
I’d go back to try a coffee from them, but as far as buying roasted beans, a chaff catcher would be a great addition to their process to clean up the packaging of the beans.

We absolutely love Babylon coffee. It has quickly become our spot. It was my one and only craving during my entire pregnancy. I had to have a small latte and delicious pastry. The owners are so caring and were so excited to meet our sweet blessing. We love that they genuinely care about our lives. The other staff has been very friendly as well. It is very peaceful and feels like home to us. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I was looking for a “small business” coffee shop to listen to a training so I came here based on reviews and Babylon did not disappoint! My drink had that thick froth that lasts until the drink is gone, very rare with a lot of coffee shops I’ve been to lately. The music was a nice touch but soft enough to still hear conversations, study, or relax. Bonus for it being Christian music, I know that’s not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s mine and I loved it!
I also ordered a muffin (Rasberry) and it was probably the best muffin I’ve ever had! It was very soft & moist, had really good flavor, and the only bad thing I can say about it is I was sad when it was gone! If you want really sweet this isn’t your muffin but if you like soft muffins with good flavor and subtle sweetness, you have to get one.
I really wish I lived closer but I would probably spend way too much if I was!

First things first, this place is so cute!! The atmosphere is quaint and inviting. This was probably my favorite part and upgraded my experience.
The apple cinnamon pastry is TOP TIER!! They serve it warm on a plate. DELICIOUS!!
I didn’t order a coffee, I opted for a pina colada smoothie. BUT if coffee is your jam they had loads to choose from!! Would definitely visit again!!

The coffee is delicious! We had a decaf Cortado with pistachio syrup, a decaf Cortado with Oatmilk and Coconut Syrup, a Honey Rose Latte, and a Spanish Latte- all of them were amazing! Great little spot to hang out and visit- love the atmosphere.
