My husband ordered one of your cheese steak sandwiches and he asked for it to be cut and nothing extra put on it. This is what he got when he opened it up the wrapper. The last photo doesn’t look like the one he got.

I guess Arby’s decided to make everything smaller. Sliders are smaller and have a higher price. A small fry is now a partial fry. I was very disappointed with the food. I usually go to Arby’s for freshness and a deal but I guess they are no longer a deal. Food was still fresh. Crinkle fry still has too much salt but is fresh.

Always enjoy eating here when they have their fish sandwiches. My dad enjoys them & we always get extra for him to take home for extra meals. The gentleman at the counter was just the friendliest, made sure our order was correct & double checked. Ladies helping was super nice as well. Very clean restaurant as well. They kept on it.

I got the 7.99 meal with chicken sandwich , Diet Coke, one 2 piece mozzarella sticks , one peach cobbler roll and I ordered one 2 piece potato cakes but received one crappy curly fries . It even said the potato cakes on the receipt . Next time I will check the order before leaving.

The management at this Arby’s makes this one of the best I have ever visited. The restaurant is kept clean, service is speedy, and my orders are always right. Sara and Christina are awesome at leading this franchise and their team. You can tell their team wants to work along side them and supports their goals. 100% recommend visiting this store!

Wentvto get a deluxe burger meal. It was raw and I mean cold inside raw nasty and disgusting and expensive to have to throw away will never be back. Better watch out someone could get sick from your negligent safe food prep. I threw it up after 3 bites. You should get a lawsuit and close your doors.

This Arby’s has been there for as long as I can remember. I grew up going there so I might be a little biased. Recently they seem to be a little understaffed but they are typically very fast especially at the drive thru window. I am a giant fan of their chicken tenders. Their mozzarella sticks are also wonderful when fresh. Curly fries are always good. Every now and then a tender is a little over cooked but I think that is due to trainees. Very dependable and consistent location.

I have been looking for a decent Gyro for years now, and none of them stacked up. I thought I would give Arby’s Gyros a try. I was NOT disappointed! I got the large size and there was plenty of meat and veggies in it, as well as the cucumber sauce! I will DEFINITELY go back to the Wauseon, OH location, again!!! The Jamoca shakes were amazing, too!!! My Mom and I are both happy!

By far, one of the best around and the staff is great. We were dining in and saw everyone working so hard. When the rush slowed down, everyone started cleaning and picking up. The greatest thing was to see the manager Sarah out helping the crew. It is good to see a manager out leading by example and not just standing there yelling at their staff and telling them what to do like I have seen happen in other restaurants. Most fast food restaurants ruin what they have once they find a great manager, but I really hope this place takes care of the entire staff.
