I am writing this review to document an unresolved issue with an order placed for delivery through a third-party application approximately one month ago.
According to the order status, the food was prepared by the restaurant; however, the delivery was never completed and I did not receive my order. When I contacted the restaurant to seek assistance, I was informed that the order had already been released for delivery. Unfortunately, I did not receive support or a clear path to resolution.
While I understand that third-party delivery services introduce complications, the overall experience was disappointing. I believe customers should receive guidance or support when issues arise, regardless of whether the delivery is handled internally or by a partner service.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that procedures are improved to ensure better coordination and customer support in the future.

My child burger came out raw we don’t complain I took and thrashed it ask for shell eggs got liquid eggs hash browns cooked on one side I’m a former manager of I hope for 20yrs cooks need to not Rush the food and not start the meal until the meat is turned over so other food isn’t cold and everything is coming out hot I know how it is not making a complaint just talk to staff

Ordered the classic steakburger with cheese.
It was delicious!!! The fries were nice and crispy and seasoned just right with salt.
For sure I’ll be returning when I’m hankering for that classic steakburger with cheese!
By the way, it’s also topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles and their iHOP sauce. I also loved how the burger was assembled, with the ‘toppings’ of lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles on the bottom. That’s how I assemble my burgers at home. It just makes sense!!!

Fantastic Meal & Great Service!
I had a great experience at IHOP in Monroe! I ordered the chicken quesadilla, pancakes, eggs, bacon, and home fries—everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The pancakes were fluffy, the bacon crispy, and the quesadilla was full of flavor. The service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Definitely a great spot for a satisfying meal. I’ll be back for sure!

My wife and I had the vegetarian omelette, which was excellent. The pancakes on the side were also very good. I appreciate that the menu shows the calories of the various options, since I would like to enjoy the food without adversely affecting my diet. While there are several other healthy items on the menu, it would be great if IHOP could add a few more.

Right next to the highway and near to EV charging stations and gas stations. Friendly staff members, timely food delivery, neat atmosphere and good ambient lighting. We had a good time. Willl surely recommend to my friends.
