I have visited this location at least 5 times and out of 5 only 1 visit was delightful. On 1 visit my husband and I sat in the drive thru 15 minutes, so the employee could visit with friends. 2nd visit we wasn’t acknowledged at all when we was in the store, so we just left . 3rd visit was thru the drive thru and the employee was the most rude, unfriendly and just down right mean, now I get it, it’s extremely hard working with the public, so I brushed it off, thinking maybe she just had to deal with someone rude. My 4th and final visit was this evening 9/17/25, my daughter and I decided to have a little coffee time together, we go thru the drive thru and we are greeted with can I help you, my daughter replied one moment not sure what we want. The employee with the nastiest attitude got very rude, she acted as if it was holding things up, when in fact we was the only customer in line. She blew, nasty tone and just not friendly at all. We get to the window, and the gentleman that was at the window serving asked us how our evening was going and I explained it was fabulous until the lady that took our order was extremely rude, the young man apologized for her behavior and offered us someone else’s order because they left it. I COMPLETELY understand why that customer left their orders. I am calling for the district manager to further train this young lady, I truly get it, working with the public is hard but not all customers are rude. So long DUNKIN

Got the new Cookie latte. Even though my drink tag says it should have had whip cream, caramel drizzle and cookie butter crumbles it had none of the above. And honestly by the time I drove less than 5 minutes to my work, the latte is almost room temp which tells me it couldn’t have been very hot to begin with. I’ve only taken one small sip out of this cup, so this is what I paid for. Pretty disappointed.

The gentleman working there had his pants around his waist, sunglasses on inside, smelled like marijuana, and was cursing in front of all customers. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I hope this isn’t the standard of professionalism Dunkin is allowing now.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The employees were rude and aggressive when I was just trying to order one coffee and one donut to go, no special orders. Coming from a fellow service industry worker, I wasn’t expecting 5-star service, but customers should be able to have a neutral experience at least. They made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in and we left feeling very uncomfortable.

This is absolutely the WORST DD’s experience I’ve ever had! What on earth? I’d fire every single one. ZERO customer service!! They’re so ignorant that they can’t even greet people and smile?? The person who gave me my coffee looked like they wanted to kill me or somethin’…. Hire ppl who “get it” or don’t have a business!

They need some help. At least four staff working and they still were disorganized. We placed our order and got donuts right up. We waited a long time for our drinks at the counter. All drive thru and online orders filled before those present in store. Not sure why cashier didn’t make our drinks before she waited on all the people behind us?

If you have all day to wait then this place is great, if you are on any type of schedule to keep and you don’t have 15 minutes to wait for a coffee then go back inside to get it corrected then you should pass. Bunch of folks standing around doing nothing. You ask for a sugar they put in 20 you ask for cream they add 10. Complete rotten establishment.

I believe they are getting more and more skimpy on the cold foam. This place is literally hit or miss on food, donuts and coffee … sometimes they hand you your coffee and it’s not stirred (mainly hot ones). If I’m paying for cold foam , I want the cold foam….
