As great as the food is the service hello has a listening problem. I most definitely asked for double sauce and double fries I added a wing on to the order and had to remind them at the end. I got half way across town and found Cole slaw instead of double fries and double sauce. Just pay attention. What are you writing down if not the order?

This is where you get good wings and fried fish. I suggest you get 10 wings or the half pound of fish. Poboy was decent. Haven’t tried everything. I don’t suggest getting the fries they’re often not crispy. The mac n cheese isn’t great. The greens are decent. Make sure you call ahead. If you do a walk in you may be waiting a while. If you’re using a card to pay you have to spend 10 or more.
Update inflation slightly increasing prices so there’s like a dollar or two increase on items that picture is for the lb of whiting fish you get 6 generally I already started eating it lol

My wings were plain, the cook used too much batter. My fries were saggy/undercook. I called back to speak to management the lady put me on hold to listen to conversations in back.
Because of the unsuccessful phone call attempt, I’ll just leave a review for management. GET IT TOGETHER! The chicken has potential, less batter on plain chicken! Plain chicken means homemade no batter. Fries is an easy fix too, make sure they’re done with the sauce we pay for!

I have been to the restaurant three times this year.Yesterday I specifically ask for my snack pack (chicken wing) to be fried crispy with sauce, when I got home the chicken was fried soft and saggy. Get a better cook and a better cashier and not a fashion model who dresses in nine to five clothing. Who can ring orders properly and get rid of the cook who can properly cook . PERIOD

Good food! Lacking instruction in the area to order, pickup or wait. Two people (together) took 15 to 20 minutes to place their order, Double this take off that add another. I can’t pay for it! Just make it one big order I’ll pay for it. Oh Noo! I can’t pay for it. Then forget the younger person replied I’ll find a card that can pay for it. Next time bring Cash!

I’ve been eating and loving there wings for years. I went there yesterday and they had wings stacked up under a heating lamp like the gas stations. So now the texture and taste is different. I used to Bragg about double exposures wings. This is way below double exposure standards. Go back to the old way or your going to start losing customers
