The entire crew was wonderful. The manager on duty absolutely spoiled our kids. Gave them toys, and switched out their drinks for shakes. The fast food world needs more people like this!!

Food was great. Went through the drive thru. As soon as I handed the lady my card to pay, she noticed that a moth landed near the window and used my debit card to swipe it out of the building. While I appreciate her keeping flies out of the area where the food I order is made, I do not like my debit card being used to do it. It was so fast I could not say not to do it. Steak sandwich was still great though. Of course I still ate it.

Burnt buns must be the norm at this location. Not to mention the stale sour cheese sauce & the old stale fryer oil you can immediately taste on the fries. Whomever the franchisee owner is for this location, you really should check in on your quality control sometime. Yikes do better.

The employees here need retrained and an attitude adjustment. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. As far as Arby’s themselves or management goes, you really need to spend some time hiring better employees or retraining the ones you have. Each time I’ve been there you forgot part of my order which includes “au jus” and then looked at me like I was stupid, for your mistakes. When I called you on it, you put it in too small of a bag knocking the lids off, (Use the next size up bag like all the other locations do!) leaving it leaking in the bag. I’d rather you just hand it to me with no bag. This isn’t that difficult. Do better! I shouldn’t have to train you.. I’m the customer. $30 some dollars for service like that for just 2 sandwiches and some jalapeno poppers. Unacceptable.

Judging this as a fast food place it was a really good experiences. Clean, friendly and food was good. There was a miscommunication about part of our order, but the manager took care of it immediately. I got the feeling that they really cared about our being satisfied customers.

We had been driving all day and decided to order delivery to a close-by hotel in Sidney, NE.
My husband ordered a combo order, and his Coke was flat. I ordered just a roast beef & cheddar sandwich and added crispy onion straws. When we received our order, my husband’s sandwich and curly fries were great. However, instead of crispy onion straws, mine had raw red onions on it (GROSS). I thought I pulled them all off but missed a small one, and of course, it was in my last bite. I notified the store through the feedback text they sent and never heard a word. I’m very disappointed.

We tried the crinkle fried and they seemed old and dry but were hot. My chicken cordon bleu had a piece of chicken way small than the bun, mayo and cheese one small area. My hubby had a beef and cheddar that he said was fine bit would have been better with some Arby’s sauce. We were not offered any sauces like we are when we go to other Arby’s

Pulled up in drive thru and waited 5mins before some one answered n then we get to the window n all we was missing was my plain chicken sandwich. The lady asked for the food back so we handed it back 2 them. They then said we’ll all u missing was chicken plain sandwich. My husband said no our food went from your hands 2 ours back to yours n now we want everything remade fresh. They didn’t want to do that so we got our money back and left. Worst place n service ever!!!

I went through the drive thru and got a beef n cheddar and fries. The fries were very old, cold and nasty tasting. The beef n cheddar was not good either. $14 and I threw it out at the next gas station. It’ll be quite awhile before I go to another Arby’s.
