I mean overall the food is great I came here for the Long John Silver’s food though and keep in mind the primary purposes of KFC and you know that because you won’t find them listed on the Long John Silver’s app that you can get food online ordering it says they don’t participate which means that you can’t use your rewards points you can collect rewards you can’t use any digital coupons or codes so basically you’re buying stuff at full price but it is what it is the food’s good and this is the only one within like a hundred miles so it’s here or nowhere and I’d rather pay full price and get some ljs then not get it at all . It’s that same batter did goodness that everyone loves and make sure you ask for a side of Krispies because they’re free and they complement anything you’re getting whether it’s fish or chicken. It’s a side note anyone who loves kFC’s chicken they’re Fried Chicken like the chicken fingers chicken tenders you should try the ones along John Silver’s they will just blow you away that much more. The only reason honestly I didn’t give it five stars is even though it’s considered a Long John Silver’s it’s really not and it’s kind of a half and half and like I said you can’t use the app or online ordering you won’t find a listing on doordash or any of those and you can’t use any discounts or coupons and I belong to the club that gives me a lot of them but just can’t use them so I have to dock one star for that but that’s the only reason

To start this off I can’t even give your business a star you do not deserve a star at this Long John silver’s when I order for a family of five and I only get one plate delivered and its not on the delivery person now because I have called your store repeatedly and the only thing y’all done was pick up the phone and hang up and that is not business like that is not customer friendly and I feel like whoever was managing tonight should at least have someone talk to them about this, and if there is a manager on duty tonight they should be fired because they left my kids hungry I could have went and got the food if they would have picked up the phone and not repetitively hung up on me. because I spent over $100 so y’all do not deserve a star on food service none of it so y’all should probably start answering your phones at your place of business… Especially when people ain’t calling to fuss they just want to know where their food is… And I spoke to doordash and I hope with my review with them and y’all doordash will never do service with you again. Since I am a manager myself I already know that one bad review will lose you 10 customers and a good review only brings in three. I hope those 10 people read this message.

I have been a Long John Silver fan since I was a child and really enjoy it. I am glad that my city has one left. We enjoyed our lunch and the cashier Eva was so sweet and took such good care of us. We will definitely be back soon.

The employees were nuce at the drive thru. The food was not so great. I got a family pack with a mix of fish and chicken. The chicken was a little too done.. dry but ok to eat. The fish was saturated with oil. It was so greasy it stuck together. It barely even had breading on one side of the filet. I took pictures of the napkins I tried to dry the fish so it was eatable. Nasty. I tried to call the restaurant to tell then what happened. No answer.. over and over. I drove to one of the only open Long John Silvers restaurant left. Needless to say I won’t be filling my fish craving here again.

Messed up the order and didn’t even try to make it right. Had to take food home to someone that loves fries without their fries. (Or wait 5 minutes and let everything else get cold ) . Apparently, reading is a problem for the staff at this LJS.
