We really enjoyed our lunch today at the sandwich shop. It had a wonderful selection of vegan options. We got the cheesesteak in Reuben and we’re completely satisfied. The service was attentive, efficient and friendly and the facility was clean with wonderful artwork on the wall. They had toilets but I did not check on the Wi-Fi and there was plenty of parking.

If your looking for a quick bite to eat this place is your pick! The food and service were amazing. We got our sandwiches quick. The place is super cute with unique artwork to view or buy if you fall in live with it.

Absolutely amazing steak and cheese especially after a day on the river. The cheese steak with everything in it is the go to but the roast beef has crazy good flavors. We do potato chips but they say the French fries are great. I highly recommend this spot and don’t forget this is a sandwich shop that sells beer on tap!

I’m really glad I decided to stop by the Asheville Sandwich Company after dropping people off at the airport! I got the pork banh mi sandwich and queso fries. The staff were friendly, and the service was fast. My sandwich was delicious, and the queso fries had a kick without being overly spicy. I wanted to try one of their milkshakes, but I decided to wait until next time because I was very full with the generous portion of food. I’ll definitely be back when I make another airport trip!

The only staff I saw was very nice and very helpful young lady. She also made sure everything was good once we started eating. I had the Pork Belly Banh Mi. Great looking sandwich, lots of color! It was a delicious sandwich also. It had just the right amount of kick! I’ll definitely be eating here again!

Excellent cheesesteak, I really liked their house cheese. I wasn’t a huge fan of the shoestring fries but that’s just a personal preference. They would be great for anyone who likes thin really crispy fries. I’ll be back and just get the regular fries to go with that great sandwich

I’m genuinely upset about my experience with this place. I wanna start out by saying I would not have eaten here usually, as i’m pretty aware that most food places with the word “Asheville” in the title are an excuse to sell unseasoned, underwhelming, white washed food for $30 and try to convince people it’s some local gem. But i’ve heard good things about this place so I gave it a shot, and it fell right into that theme. The bread is tough, the meat is dry and slimy at the same time somehow, look at this lettuce and cheese. What even is that actually. That’s actually nonsense. That’s just.. not how you cut those things for a sandwich? And for a reason! It’s not good! If I wanted a salad I would’ve gotten a salad. And the piling a big mountain of lettuce on an open sub is just the shtick to make you think it’s a thick sandwich. it’s not. I showed a picture of how thick it was after i bit into it. Actually ridiculous for how much you’re paying. I came home and put mayo, mustard, pickle, pepper on it trying to make it taste good. And It’s still bad. You will 100% get a better sandwich at subway. Or even Arby’s. also the place was absolutely filthy. The staff member was kind and seemed to be doing her best, but common. You either need more staff or better management. Eat literally anywhere else.

Don’t drive by this gem at the end of a strip mall or you’ll regret it. These were 2 of the best sandwiches I have had anywhere.
The Reuben: from the homemade marble rye to the generous portion of sauerkraut and pastrami, this sandwich didn’t stand a chance. We opted for the thick fries (also had the choice of string fries). Fries were hot and tasty.
The Prime Rib sandwich- the hoagie roll was so fresh I swear they just pulled it out of the oven. Crispy outside, soft inside. The healthy portion of thinly sliced prime rib, arugula, fresh tomatoes and a garlic aioli sauce was the perfect combination. PRO TIP: we opted to upgrade our side and went for the crispy Brussel sprouts. (Better than the first class upgrade on my last flight!)
We came in at 1:30PM on a Friday. How are they keeping this place a secret? There should have been a line wrapped around the building. Bravo. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and generous portions. I wish we had this place in Atlanta (but then I guess it wouldn’t be called Asheville Sandwich Company.)

Expensive, but good Philly. $1.50 to add 6 tiny green pepper pieces. Knives are made of woke wood. Terrific staff. Excellent parking. Convenient location. Takes quite a while for the food to be prepared, but worth it.

Very good chicken Caesar sandwich tried it with the firehouse sauce, which was perfectly made with a kick. Wish they had homemade fries made out of potatoes.
Amazing sauce and grilled chicken with lettuce and pretty good bun
I’d give 4 1/2 stars but really enjoyed it
