For the amount of money it costs for two meals it was not worth it at all! First off the burgers felt as though they were slapped together last second, not even freshly cooked on a grill and most likely microwaved! The curly fry / french fry portion was so ridiculously small and suited more for a small child!

The whole experience was very dissatisfying. Lack of proper customer service . Took long to be waited on . Took forever to get the food . The quality of the food was terrible ended up throwing 95% away . The malt I order was runny even the cool whip on top was runny not fluffy. Then I noticed the people who placed their orders on line came in and still had to wait for their food to be cooked while they waited . This establishment needs work in all areas . I dislike giving bad reviews. However if this is how service is daily it will lose money and be out of business .

Whoever the manager is at the store needs to be fired or reprimanded for not ordering in enough food and constantly out of things on Mondays. With no substitute for the same price. We decided to leave and not order anything. Don’t plan on coming back anytime soon either. I’ll drive to another city to go to Hardee’s if I want to go to Hardee’s. Super disappointed in this location.
