I’ve been going here for a few years and have never been disappointed! The owners are awesome, personable, and remember your name! I really enjoy their caramel peanut butter shake, and their açaí bowel! The prices are a bit high (just like everywhere else in this economy) but it’s definitely high quality and large portions! 10/10 recommend, especially after a good workout at the gym Nextdoor!

Connie and Reuben are both wonderful and very friendly. They are very helpful and have an awesome staff. There hasn’t been a menu item that hasn’t tasted great, but my go to are the protein bowls. Another thing I love, hands down, is the immunity boost, that shot is pure gold. Any time I feel a cold coming on, I take a shot of that and it’s gone. Even when I am sick, the immunity shot helps with the recovery. Even when I’m not feeling sick, I will still take a shot just because it tastes so good, better than any medicine. Overall, this is an amazing family business, with a wonderful staff and delicious food/drinks. #supportlocal

One of our favorite spot and I loved the owners, but not sure if it’s the new girl who served me or if they’re on ration, but they totally cut down on their servings. They normally serve this full to the rim which is what we pay for and also shareable. But cutting the serving portion too to almost HALF after raising their price, is kinda wrong in my opinion.

First time visiting this location & right away walking in the vibe is so chill and relaxed and their customer service is very nice and welcoming.
Ok now to get to the real review… I ordered the vanilla cinnamon waffle and green pina tea and OMG
The waffle was just what i wanted after a good wkout and the tea is perfect for me to keep my energy going for the day. I left nothing behind it was AMAZING
I for sure will be a returning cst. Oh dont forget to get the app to get stamps for ur order. Thank u tracy location u did not disappoint ☺️

when I called him on the phone to explain what I wanted he explained exactly what I would be getting by asking for that and he gave me exactly what I wanted then he made sure I liked it before I even purchased it and I did like it very much.
Also the customer service is wonderful.

A quick google search lead me here while traveling to Bay Area from Galt and so happy I made the detour. Super friendly vibes as soon as you walk in (rare these days sadly) and the protein waffles exceeded my expectations!!!! They were not stingy with the fruit which was a plus! I don’t live close but whenever I’m traveling I will for sure stop here.

They were super friendly and explained the menu to me, as it was my first time. I ended up getting the banana caramel protein oats and a coconut chai drink. They made sure I liked what I ordered and was willing to make something It was really good. They have a repeat customer, when I am in the area.

Very inconsistent shakes, it all seems to depend on who’s working. I got the fruity pebbles shake (recommended by the man working) last weekend one morning after my workout and it was delicious; the employee who made my shake was really nice and friendly and over all it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Second time I got the same thing and a female was working, she sort of rushed me through my order and that was the only thing we discussed. Third time I ordered the employee was friendly and nice but my fruity pebbles shake tastes like cake batter today and I’m kind of regretting stopping by. Over all not a bad place, but with how reasonably pricey these items are I would’ve hoped for more consistency with the recipes. Probably won’t be back for a little while. Haven’t tried anything else on the menu but the protein waffles look tasty lol
