My order was not right. I ordered 2 cheesesteak hashbrown bowls 1 was suppose to be without onions and the other was WITH onions. Both came without onions. If I didnt want onions on both of them I would of order that but I didnt. Then I basically got a bowl of hash browns and cheese cuz literally just a sprinkle of meat. I order this every week so I know how much meat is suppose to be in this bowl. Im very disappointed $45 on food that I dont even want know cuz it was not made the way I ordered it. Thanks alot waffle house. Lucky I cant talk to someone on the phone.

Friendly location, which is across the road from the new Cookout in Raeford. It reminds me of trusty, tasty old-time breakfast. My food is perfect every time (homefries, scrambled eggs, and bacon with white toast, butter and strawberry jam). Plus the coffee is delicious! A great way to start your day!

Absolutely disgusting behavior!
People knocking on the doors in the cold wanting to go inside to eat while the employees are staring and laughing at those outside in the cold.
If you are closed for the day then have the common decency to go up to the door and explain to the people that they were closed for the day or that they weren’t able to taking any more people rather than laughing at them.

Great breakfast this morning at this Waffle House that was surprisingly busy for a Monday. I ended up sitting at the counter when I would prefer a booth but the place was quite full.
The young lady who took my order brought coffee a few moments later. And within four minutes, my omelet was set in front of me. Perfectly cooked though I did have to remind her that I did not want the toast so that I wasn’t charged.
It was a little loud in here with customers and crew. The men’s room was clean enough.

I had a terrible experience at Waffle House. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, and instead of fixing the issue, the staff was arguing about my order. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful. No apology, no urgency, just poor service. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

I went to waffle house 02/20/2024 for lunch just to find a roach in my food. When i asked for the manager there was no manager in the store at the time and just their grill operator and the waiter. I showed them my plate of food and they mentioned “I told him they was out , you should come third shift they really be out”. I asked when should I return to speak to a manager and they told me your best bet would be to come in the morning 02/21/2024. Fast forward, I went to Waffle House this morning and just so happen the manager and the general manager were there, I asked to speak to one of them. I gave the general manager the back story , and he said “well unfortunately we were closed on 02/19/2024 to spray because other people had concerns for them being in the store so you came the day after……” i look him in the face and say okay” he then says “but the good thing is the spray is working , the bad thing is you happen to catch one of the last ones”………….
Y’all i was so disgusted with the response , I just said okay and walked out.

Ordered a coffee and kiddos ordered Waffles and hashbrowns w/ cheese. My coffee mug I took a sip (without adding anything) and there was food crusted all along the inside and bits of it were floating. Disgusted so I didn’t order another. Kids got there hashbrowns and gotta love cheese with a side of hair.
