When I move back to Indiana and open my insurance agency, this location was my primary office. That’s because my mom’s house was old and there was not a good internet connection. Many nights I was in here while they were mopping up the floor and they allowed me to stay as long as they stay. I will forever remember Panera bread and I just finished this wonderful autumn squash soup

Typically always on time and properly prepared. We modify our sandwiches and I appreciate them getting it correct. Actually went inside today to order and everyone was very friendly. My only suggestion is for the manager to put on an apron to cover the dried food that was all over his shirt and pants. Understandable if he works in the kitchen, but if he is guest facing, appearance is important.

I am an independent contractor for a food delivery sevice, so I am constantly in and out of restaurants throughout Madison County to pick up food for my customers!

Doing so, gives me an excellent chance to see what type of food restaurants serve and what type of customer service they provide!

This helps me decide where I want to spend my own money when I go out to eat!

I have went back to many of the restaurants that Ive picked up food from; but as a customer rather than a delivery person.

That being said, I wont be spending my money at Panera Bread as long as this certain girl is still working there.

I have had to go to Panera Bread on 3 different occasions to pick up food for my customers. Each time the same girl has been extremely Rude & Hostile to me & to other delivery drivers!

All 3 times my Drivers App informed me that my customers food was ready to be picked up! But All 3 times the order was not ready!

The most recent time, I walked in and waited 10 minutes before an employee was close enough to speak with! Unfortunately it was the same girl who has been rude on my other 2 trips into Panera Bread!

I simply asked her, “Is that order for ****?” She rudely replied, “I’m working on 1 now! You will get yours in the order we received it”!

Rather than answer “YES this order is hers”, or “No, hers has 2 orders ahead of it.” So I replied, “I’m sorry, is that her order?” She replied back, “We are sick of You Delivery Drivers coming in and being all impatient, we get them in order we receive them!” I replied, “I simply asked if that was the order You are working on!”

Next to quality of food, I believe that customer service is the top reason people decide whether or not to come back in to eat!

I wont go back to a restaurant who doesn’t provide friendly customer service, so I wont go back into Panera Bread as a customer!

Trust me, I understand that the food order wont always be ready when I walk into a restaurant, but I dont think its too much to ask, to get an estimated time that the order will be ready, especially when they mark it ready on the app! And at the very least, I dont think its too much to ask to be treated with a little kindness & respect!

A smile is Free! It cost NOTHING when given, but COSTS a lot when withheld!

Ordered a “rapid” pick up order. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes. My fiancé sat there for 45 minutes waiting and nothing. He ended up just asking for a refund because he had to get back to work. They then said “oh it’s been ready.” After him asking countless times if it was. The manager was super rude and not helpful at all.

Service is fine, but $8.63 for a bowl of luke warm soup and a tiny rock hard piece of bread is absolutely ridiculous, I do not understand how Panera stays in business. I will never be back.

Quiet place to enjoy soup and sandwiches. Potato soup was creamy and hot. Hit the spot after a long drive on the road. Restrooms were available. The staff was patient, friendly and willing to be helpful during placing our order.

We order bagel packs every Sunday morning. Catherine, the manager dismissed us completely this morning walking directly past us at the front counter to grab herself a drink. Never spoke a word. We then waited for another employee to assist us. I had already received that the order was ready for pick up however, it was not. An employee questioned Catherine about the amount of bagels they don’t have in stock to complete our order. Catherine shrugged her off and offered no assistance. The employee (woman) was very overwhelmed and got our order together quickly and very friendly. It’s disappointing to see the management staff offer no assistance to employees or customers.

There was homeless people everywhere in there so you couldn’t use the restroom the food was decent even though I ordered with no onions and they put onions on it and the spicey sauce don’t know why they added it

smallest half sandwich and baguette I have ever received from Panera, more like a 1/4 sandwich, the baguette was about as big around as a half dollar…disappointed and still hungry…wasn’t even a table spoon of tuna…
