First time visit, and it definitely lived up to the hype. We had the Carne Asada Torta & Quesabirrias, and it did not disappoint. Torta was toasted but still soft enough to bite without any issue. The carne asada was well done, if you request it, and the guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes were fresh. Quesabirrias we’re flavorful and the consommé was tasty. Everything was piping hot. The green sauce was fresh, tasty with a hint of spice. Loved it. Totally recommend Los Altos.

If I could I would give them no stars. I was told the total was 25 dollars they slide my card and said I was 2 dollars short. I had 28 in my card so I figured they might take a automatic tip out thats why it did that. But the lady was persistent that they don’t. So we gave back an item the receipt said 21 and some change but then I look at my account it said almost 26 dollars. So I told her to look. I’m trying to let this lady know they charge extra and it should say it somewhere. She says that never happens that I’m the only one that had that problem. Which I’m not stupid people just probably haven’t noticed cause obviously they probably ain’t broke as I am at the moment. Either way I was telling her and she just kept insisting it’s my banks fault. Anyways after that horrible experience I was at least happy that I would get great food. Well I asked for mollejas extra crispy and this is what I got. Soggy fat. Never will I ever go there again or suggest going there to anyone.

Carne guisada breakfast plate. I ordered my eggs over easy and they were served over hard. The potatoes had a funny smell and taste. I’m thinking the oil in the fryer doesn’t get changed often. The carne guisada was ok. I’ve had breakfast here before and it was decent. On the bright side the coffee was piping hot and my server was good.
