I recently went through Starbucks, asking for no ice in my grande coffee. This is what I received. When I asked for them to fill it up, they said no stating that’s how they do it there if you order no ice. I paid almost $7 for this. Completely ridiculous. DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS.

Use the app to place the order ahead of time. Easley walked-in, grabbed the order off the counter, and sat down. Drinks were hot so was the cinnamon coffee cake. Excellent experience with this Starbucks today!

They were also playing some good mellow music while we sat there and enjoyed our drinks.

Great service and kudos to the entire team for a great guest experience. Everyone that I came in contact with was very kind, caring and professional. I was even offered at no charge a season special of a pumpkin spice grande coffee. Now that’s a guest service at his best.

Change your Google hours. If you arnt open at 3:30 AM don’t say you are. Its frustrating when you get off at 3 AM from your night shift job and drive 10 min in the opposite direction to get a latte for your sick fiancé and then…. nothing. Hope McDonald’s hot coffee will satisfy her. She’s my queen and she deserves the best. Do better Mr. Starbucks.

Ordered a vanilla bean frappacino and got a coffee frapp with 2 syrup pumps of vanilla. This is NOT what I ordered… A rare miss for this location. Going back isn’t worth the $6… Can we go to screens and remove human error, please?

This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to and that’s saying a lot. They made a rotten looking pink drink. The pumpkin chia with no ice had ice and tasted like plain milk. The only hope was the banana bread the one thing they surely could not mess up, they messed up. It was cold. The strawberry açaí refresher was only lemonade. Where were the other ingredients we’re not quite sure.

Politely asked them to top off my espresso with oat milk because they must have missed the extra oat milk on my ticket, and they replied back with “it’s stealing from the company we can’t” I even paid a little bit extra for it and I promise I spend enough money at Starbucks to ask for a little bit of oat milk lol. The Johnstown Starbucks and staff is so much better they have went above and beyond every time if they mess something up. Definitely don’t recommend this Starbucks, they have been rude every single time I’ve been there.

Came through the drive through today! Their speaker system is terrible. Took the girl on the speaker 3 times to get each drink order made. Pulled up to the front they were rude. My order was wrong. Two out of of my 3 drinks. Both were missing cold FOAM. Asked for the chai to add cold foam, red hair girl went and talked to the manager Kenzie about the mistake. She said we can remake it but we will charge them for the foam. Ok perfect. Remakes the drink, and wanted to charge me for an entire full drink! They were rude had attitudes, and this is the worst Starbucks experience I have ever encountered. Then my drinks were horrible with no flavor after we left!
