Placed online Order ten min before leaving to pick up. Got there and waited another ten min. Got my order and it was short two chalupas. Then I stood at the counter another 5-7 and nobody seemed to notice me until I told the customer behind me my order was short and she went behind the counter and got their attention. They were so focused and behind on drive through orders they should prob just close the inside. This place seems very overpriced and unorganized. I wouldn’t recommend it. It appears to be high school kids running it with seemingly nobody in charge.

Didn’t get cheese with half of my order (and paid extra for it).
Over half the order was wrong.
All the chips were crumbs.
Food was cold.
Some of the food didn’t have meat in it.
All the food was smashed.
The customer service was awful and got yelled at. (Bigger guy with tongue piercings)
Quesadilla was not double grilled.
Not the first time this has happened honestly, we even got told they were closed 30 minutes before they actually closed! We could hear them whispering about telling eachother to tell us they were closed.

Employees dont approve of the amount that you order even when you warn them upfront that its kind of large. Employee rude so I left. My bill was probably more than his wages for his shift. Two 12 pack tacos and 2 quesodillas isn’t even that large of an order anyways.

We was the only people in line and the first thing she says, very rudely I might add, if you dont have exact cash then you can’t order. Then when I say I do she says fine takes my order. We wait 5 min then get old stale cold food. Awesome 40 bucks spent for bad service and bad food!!!!!

Pretty sure this missed the main part of nachos! No cheese! The lady at the window couldn’t even talk! No hi no have a great day. Nothing! She wouldn’t even reach fully out the window so I had to go go gadget my arm to grab my food and drink. Very disappointing! I was excited for a Taco Bell this close to my home. But sadly the customer service in this world just no longer exists.

High prices. Too expensive to eat here. Our bill was $27. We can eat at the Mexican restaurant for a lot cheaper and better food. Fiesta Habanero is so much better.

I was charged almost $50 for 6 chicken soft tacos, 2 supreme tacos, and 1 drink. Both nachos I paid for were missing. The 6 chicken soft tacos were dry, and barely there! Only 1 got eaten. We threw the rest out. This was my first and last time there. Watch their charging! They’re ripping people off there.

Ordered through the drive thru, they had my order incorrect. When I asked him what the number 4 was he fumbled his words. So I went to the window to get it straightened out, instead of speaking through the speaker. The manager I would presume came at me instead of talking to me. I understand the person was new, but I wasn’t coming to attack him but the clarify the order. Very very rude!
