The pizza is beyond saucy! It fell out of the box and onto my floor! The guy working there didn’t want to refund me or at least fix the order, I did ask for extra sauce, but not drenched in it! I’m pissed off! Pics included!

The pizza it looks like it was made in such a hurry that there’s some parts with no cheese or sauce. Poor quality for a $27 pizza with delivery . 08/26/24 I order large pizza and bred sticks. Pizza was cold but tasted good. The breadsticks were burn and they tried to cover it with extra garlic powder on top . Is it so hard to do things right? Even earning more you can get it correctly.

I older a large pepperoni pizza with stuff crust and it wasnt what i expected. The cheese was awful. I called the place and told them about the cheese and they respond to me with these ” i think is the new shipment we got this morning and all the stuff crust are coming out like that, and there nothing we can do about it.” How about stop selling the pizza with that awful cheese. Even my kids were disgusted!

My friends and I visited this pizza hut yesterday 5/16/23. During an online order we ordered a LG 1 topping stuff crust. We explained to manager they charged us $3.75. On top of $25 in 2 separate transactions. Thwir system did that. We complained to manager at this location. We asked to please add the $3.75 deducted from our account to our order. Instead he made us pay again and gave us a cheese pizza that was undercooked and not sliced! Worst experience ever at a pizza hut. Feel free to contact me for any questions.

I record when I go there, I’m a content creator who gives reviews throughout Los Angeles County, the employee has a issue when I come, so he always makes my pizza extra doughy and half done on purpose. I wasn’t being rude or anything, customers love transparency. why cant I record theirs a big window to watch them making the pizzas? Give us a Dominoes or Little Ceasars over here, im over the weird customer service and doughy pizza. Not to mention, they have no menu with prices! You have to download the app smh. Update: 1 week later my son and I had gotten really sick from the pizza im having health department run samples.
