The customer service was spot on! The food was good but had a bit too much salt for my liking. The restaurant was clean and when we let the staff know about the seasoning they corrected it immediately no questions asked. I enjoyed the fried dill pickles tasty appetizer. I would likely eat there again

The food is excellent. The service, slow. But, in all fairness, we were a group of twenty. However, some things should have been handled better. And another lady cheerfully got me my beer that I waited for way too long (a good twenty minutes or so) after twice being told by our server that she would get it right away. And two other folks got their meals week after the rest of us were almost finished with ours. Still, I’ll go back again.

Service was really good and so was food. Much better as compared with previous experiences. Only complaint was that we accidentally left our to go boxes in the booth when we left and ran to the store. About 15-20 min after coming out of store we realized we didn’t have them and went back for them only to find they had already been thrown away. I would’ve thought they could’ve at least held them for an hour or so before tossing. Decent amount of food left and I tipped the waitress pretty decently too so I was very upset at having not been given more consideration.

Everything was amazing and cooked as ordered. Never had to wait on refills. And oh lord the rolls!!! Mmmmmm

Not the one to complain but our experience was horrible. It took 10 minutes for someone to realize that we had been seated and another 10 minutes for use to get drink orders taken. Our waitress was very nice and bubbly. They ran out of alfredo sauce and shrimp. Then when they finally brought the food out it was COLD. I will not come back.

We had a wonderful experience today at fatz ….NOT. We had 8 people in our party. When we arrived, they were not really that busy, but we had to wait for about 15 minutes because all the seating for “large parties” was full. Over 1/2 of the seating was empty. We had to wait about 1 he 45 mom for our food. We got it immediately after my daughter complained and asked to speak to the manager. Probably means it was sitting there for a while. Needless to say, 1/2 of our order was wrong. They offered to fix it, but my lord by this time, I had already wasted 3 hours of my life there that I’ll never get back. Well after several requests to speak to the manager, the waiter brought our ticket and we had about 50%off our bill. The manager never showed up, left the staff to handle everything

I don’t normally give a 3 but I really did not feel it deserved more than that. The food was ok. My fries were not hot. The place had a strange smell. My server was very nice and attentive. I hate to give mediocre score but they really could try harder.

We have dined here several times over the last few years. We come to town on business. It used to be pretty okay, but these past 4 times we’ve been here, in the past 4 months, it has been just awful. The food is old and cold. I sent mine back last night and they brought me more and I couldn’t eat that either. We will not be coming back…The wait staff is friendly enough, but that in no way makes up for the terrible food….

Ate here tonight…sorry service and they were “out” of everything..no salad no broccoli and cheese soup had to wait 40 minutes for food and there were hardly any customers.Had to ask for silverware 3 times which took about 15 minutes. Our drinks were only refilled 1 time.2 people in our party ordered the salmon and couldn’t eat it but the manager did take it off their ticket..best thing about our whole experience here. Needless to say I will never eat here again.
