We enjoyed two different types of salad bowls. Both were full of flavor and filling. Definitely a spot to come by when in need of a light and filling plate. While we were in they had a lunch rush so please try to be patient with the staff. They did their best they could and handled it very nicely.
We will come back to try more.
My husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch. We have visited other Salata locations and have always been impressed with the quality of the food and establishment. We came once to this location when it first opened. Hence, we know of the high standards of the Salata chain. But unfortunately this location is an absolute travesty. First, there is no visible adult supervision on a Sunday. It is evident that there are a number of teenagers in the back who were being loud and not tending to the dining room. The place is absolutely filthy. Floors are sticky and covered with grime. Same for tables, walls, and windows. The staff was serving without proper equipment, no hairnets! This must surely be a code violation.
My husband went into the men’s bathroom and walked out in disgust. Who is in charge here?
Why is the kitchen louder than the dining area? This was not a pleasant dining experience.
It felt very limited compared to past visits, and I did not feel I got my money’s worth. I’m not sure if the staff is trying to cut back on portions, but the experience was not worth the cost. I will likely have to visit another Salata location since this one is no longer consistent.
Had to come to my favorite salad spot to enjoy and support my favorite owner as well. Was greeted and served quickly and with a smile. The food was awesome as I expected. If you love Salata then you know what it gives! This location is new and fresh! Can’t wait to make my weekly visits as I can never get enough of the seafood mix in my salad!
I received 5 pieces of crab meat and 3 out of the 6 veggies I added to my salad. I got a refund through the app but didn’t realize that I was missing the veggies until I mixed the salad with the dressing. Needless to say, for the price I paid, I’m highly disappointed.
When I began placing my order, I was told several vegetable options were unavailable. No effort was made to restock or suggest alternatives, which has unfortunately happened during previous visits as well.
At checkout, I provided my phone number for rewards, but once again, it couldn’t be located—this has happened multiple times, which is frustrating and makes it difficult to participate in your loyalty program.
What made the experience even more uncomfortable was being confronted and questioned about taking photos of employees when I was simply trying to log into the app. The interaction felt accusatory and inappropriate. I’ve already sent a detailed email outlining additional concerns stemming from the persistent negative attitude from staff members.
To make matters worse, a customer dining in the store decided to involve himself in the situation without any understanding of what was happening, which only escalated tensions. One staff member who was cleaning did make an effort to apologize and acknowledged the poor behavior of the others, which I appreciated.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I am requesting that someone look into this situation seriously. I hope to see improvements made in how customers are treated going forward. Received a call from the manager and not one time did she apologize. She said it was a misunderstanding. Now let’s talk about the other customer in his feelings. Are you serious??! Salata you have to do better!!
