I’ve never experienced such horrid service before. First of all, I was standing there waiting to be helped. After a long time waiting, a woman approached me. I asked her if I could see how big the a la carte containers were (none were on display). She shows me a large container and says “You want large?” I said no and again asked to see all the containers. She puts the large one down and tosses the medium and small containers, both of which fell to their sides, and I couldn’t clearly see them because they were behind the food display. Even if I could see them, two of them fell to the side, so I wouldn’t have been able to compare the sizes.
Clearly she didn’t want me there, so I left. She made me feel like a nuisance to her day.

Online order. I went pick up my order because I received a text saying it’s ready for pick up but when I got there I waited because they are still another side of my order. I ordered beef broccoli and string beans chicken,supper green and chow fun. But where is the chicken and beef.

I received a text my online order was ready, but it wasn’t. I had to wait for them to prepare my order when I arrived. This was the second time I had to wait at this location when doing a online order. Why do a online order to save time when you still have to wait.? The customers in the restaurant received there order faster waiting in line. This is the only location I have this problem. Hopefully they can fix this issue.

The food was so good ! Not. The rice was so dry I’m not even sure they’d made it today, and the orange chicken was just as stale, not to mention the crab lagoons where not crispy, it was like biting into a soft oily tortilla that had cream cheese smeared on it… please save your money and don’t eat here. :]

This is a nice place for kid’s to eat at my daughter love’s this place and they have alot of options to choose from to make sure the kid’s get there vegetables .

I’ve seen a worker (short Filipino lady) in the bathroom that works here. Used the stall and came out and didn’t wash her hands. Someone who works in food should always wash their hands.

If you come during the day you’re fine but anytime after 7:30 PM it’s just scraps. The staff will not make more for you and some of it’s been sitting out awhile. During the day it’s as expected! Orange chicken fried rice/super greens and the other entree doesn’t matter!! Delicious most the time!

Been here twice. The first time, they had water dripping from the ceiling onto the food table. Decided to leave not knowing what other problems they had that day, and did not want to take out chances. Second time, I felt very rushed as if I was expected to know what I was ordering the moment we stepped in. We were the only customers at the time. Food is consistent with other locations, but everything else seems to need some work at this location.
