Staff here work hard and are professional. Food is tasty. Freestyle drink machine is fun for kids and adults (Love the orange creme soda!). Free Wi-Fi is a plus.

I came here to get some breakfast. When you walk in, you can either order from the two self-serve kiosks or from the counter. I ordered from the kiosks and it didn’t take long for them to prepare my food. The place was very clean and had ample parking. Quality of the food was very decent. They were hot and tasty. They definitely digested better than McDonald’s breakfast. Service was friendly.

I am here at Wendy’s trying to get lunch with the team I work with. I entered first. No service was given to me. The manager Angie told me it’s too busy. My co workers have enter their lunch via Kiosh. I have cash. So I need to have lunch with them.
Also, when I told her I am with my co workers. She replied she is too busy to still take my order. I have not eaten lunch because she did not take my order.

WHY DID YOU HAVE TO REMOVE GHOST PEPPER RANCH???? That’s the only one sauce my entire family likes since you guys got rid of ghost pepper sauce we stop going to Wendy’s. Please bring back that sauce or salad in the stores like other fast food restaurants.

Food and service were great. This was also the very first time I ever dipped my French Fries into a Frosty, and let me tell you, it’s so good with the salt and sugar mixed together. Man that’s so good! So if you have any chances, I would highly recommend dipping your French Fries into a Chocolate Frosty if you want to have something with salt and sugar mixed together.

Terrible service, and management . We will definitely never come to this location again. I ordered a JBC, which comes with mayo, lettuce, tomato, patty, cheese, bacon. I asked if they could add ketchup, mustard and onions. All I got was a patty, hard as a rock bacon, cold cheese, onions, ketchup & mustard. Where is the rest of my sandwich? The manager said they aren’t going to do anything about it since I didn’t bring the sandwich back & won’t accept a picture. Why would I turn all the way around when I’m already in a different city and go back to that location just for them to fix their mistake instead of just coming another day? What kind of sandwich is this? How hard is it to make a JBC how it comes and add 1 ingredients and 2 condiments to that? The photo is what I got, and the second photo is what I ordered.

The Staff Is Rude and Dumb. I Came Here For An Uber Pick Up I Went To The Drive Thru and Was Told It Was Pick Up Inside Only, Just To Go Into The Restaurant and The Food Isn’t Ready! This Is Every single Day! The orders are never ready and it’s costing us money. I hate this location i hate the staff and they really need new management. They need to send an undercover boss in here to see how they running this store cause it’s beyond me. Hi guys I ordered a small brownie and oreo frosty and a small chocolate oreo frosty. I also got a large fry which was lovely. I was shocked that a robot took my order, and the guy at the window explained to me how it worked which was cool. I do wish that I could get more than one bbq with my large fry especially since ts cost like 5$

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. The person taking orders has no clue how to run the register. The manager who helps has a mask on and you can’t understand a word she says. Then when they get your order wrong, it’s your fault that the order is wrong not their fault. I wouldn’t ever go to this Wendy’s again
