I am extremely disappointed with Domino’s misleading promotional tactics. They advertise a coupon for a “free” medium two-topping pizza, but the entire offer is essentially a scam designed to force you to spend more money.
Here is the reality of their “free” offer:
• Forced Delivery: You cannot pick up the free pizza; the coupon is only valid for delivery.
• Hidden Minimums: Once you try to check out, you hit a minimum spend requirement. You can’t just order the pizza you were promised—you are forced to buy additional items you didn’t even want just to use the coupon.
• High Fees: On top of the extra food you are forced to buy, they tack on a $5.99 delivery fee.
I understand that delivery drivers need to be paid, but if a company offers you a free reward, it should be exactly that: free. Forcing customers to spend money to meet an arbitrary delivery minimum, plus a steep delivery fee, completely defeats the purpose of the promotion. There is nothing free about this offer—it’s just a deceptive trick to get you to spend money you weren’t planning on spending. Do not fall for it.

Had a fantastic experience with delivery – everything arrived on time and tasted super fresh. Took advantage of a coupon and went for the thin crust Meatzza and cheesy bread – both were amazing. Ended up devouring half by myself and saved the rest for later. The cheesy bread is a must-try, easily a 5/5 and great the next day too!

Order took over 2 hours to arrive. When it did finally arrive, both pizzas looked like they were put together from 2 separate pizzas… the slices didn’t match! Everything was cold of course. Quality was bad. One of the boxes was smashed. And like everyone mentions in the reviews, I was not able to get a hold of anyone over the phone, waiting a combined hour or so.

We order pizza about 4 times a month if the most we ordered a pizza/ bread twist for family members going threw a rough time. For this location they have a SR Driver he’s worked for them yrs(I have spoken to him due to always order this is our dominos- WAS CORRECTION.) SO HE DELIVERS THE PIZZA WE YES WE PAYED FOR READY TO GO FOR HIM TO DEMAND A TIP OR NO FOOD UPON ARRIVING!!!! Been on the phone on hold for 11 minutes no answer !! Corporate ,BBB, NEWS CHANNEL are going to be called !!! Disgusting experience!

I Ordered the cinnamon sticks that come with icing and they forgot the icing, so I call them and they won’t answer the phone.
I’ve been on hold now for 22 minutes.
And counting. This is insane.
I’ve plugged in my phone so it doesn’t go dead. All I want is the icing. As long as it’s delivered today. My granddaughter and I will have a chance of eating it,

At least twice now I have received severely under baked pizza this time I ordered a pan pizza (pic included) and it was so thin you couldn’t tell where the dough ended and the cheese began I tried calling to discuss this but no one answered even after 15 minutes. I will not be ordering or recommending anyone else to order from this Dominos ever again.

Place used to be at least decent, the last two times we have ordered the experience has been terrible.
Last month we ordered a pizza with a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. After placing the order received a call saying it would be 2 hours, which hey you let me know, stuff happens, I can wait. Delivery actually took almost 4 hours, arrived barely warm with toppings missing.
Our latest order placed today was another pizza with another Cheesesteak sandwich. The email we recieved said delivery would be 12-22 minutes, food arrived around the 1 hour 30 minute mark. Sandwich had almost nothing on it after paying for extra steak.

They’ve messed up my order often. It doesn’t matter that the order stays the same.. normally they fix it and I’m on my merry way, but they’re new hours have them closing at 8pm. I found this out when I picked up my order, at 8pm.
Not only was I handed the wrong pizzas then asked to pay.. I paid online and the name on the pizza didn’t belong to me. I gave it back and was eventually handed two boxes addressed to me. I get home and it’s not even what I ordered.
SOL because remember, they’re closed now & there is nothing on there website only has a bot that doesn’t understand English and of course no one’s answering the phone after hours.
