My chicken tenders were barely warm. Fries were almost hot. My sister n laws chicken was HOT & fresh though. Food was good mine just wasnt fresh apparently. Also almost eveey booth had somethinh on it…..paper, condiment packs, crumbs….sat where i wouldnt usually sit bc of this. Overall a decent experience just a couple minor issues

50$+ for this family meal??? How are the chicken tenders smaller than the biscuit? How are the sides so small it only feeds one person… like absolutely unacceptable… I’ll stick with Zaxbys at least for 35$ we get a real family meal…SMH! We won’t be back. Also the payment was supposed to be split between 2 and the lady knew this she charged it all on one card, looked at me and grinned. No apology, like oops I made a mistake, she grinned like it was funny. I didn’t say anything, got our food and left. Ridiculous, 20 more dollars and we could had steak!

I came all the way from Tupelo to DoorDash because you can’t even get service at Popeyes in Tupelo at both locations. This means a lot to me. I was able to run in and out. Katt and her crew was wonderful!

I had a truly wonderful experience at this location! Domonique went above and beyond to provide excellent service with a fantastic and friendly attitude. It’s been a very long time since I have received such extraordinary customer service. After driving 1 1/2 hours to get the Cajun turkey for Thanksgiving, it was a pleasant end to a rough day and I’m very grateful to Domonique for this.

The food is usually pretty good here and is hot. However, rarely do they have everything that you order. Today, I ordered the popcorn shrimp and chicken strips. When asked what sauce I wanted, I said “cocktail sauce”. She informed me that they didn’t have any cocktail sauce right now. That was fine. I paid and fixed my sweet tea that, in my opinion tasted “off”. My dad then ordered and went to get some Coke from the fountain, which is about the only thing he will drink. He found the coke was out and was informed they didn’t have any in the back either. He went with lemonade, which was very watered down. Soon after, the lady who took my order came out to inform me that they were out of popcorn shrimp over 5 minutes after I had ordered. I settled for butterfly shrimp…it was okay, but the tails are hidden in all the crust and impossible to pick out until you bite down on it. I then went to get a refill of something other than sweet tea, so I went with Dr. Pepper, which also ran out after only a half of cup. Overall, had a very poor experience today. The floor was dirty with crumbs and trash. The staff was nice, but just almost incompetent.

(Popeyes in New Albany Ms)The-customer service was awful! I pulled up at the drive through to place my order the order clerk tell me that they are only excepting online orders at the drive thru and that I had to come in to place my order there for I parked and entered the store walked to the counter stood there several minutes no one came to assist me. A kitchen employee advised someone that I was standing at the counter no one still didn’t come to assist me so as I proceeded to leave I noticed a worker sitting in a chair. I proceeded out the door with no service rendered. The Popeyes in New Albany Ms has to be the worst store in Ms. This is one of several poorly customer service experience at this location. The district manager is definitely not doing anything to resolve this problems at this location! Please help this store!

The food was tasty but they didn’t put sauce on all of the wings only 6. I ordered 12. I didn’t understand that. The wait was long but the chicken was fresh. Would have had a better experience if all the wings had sauce. The employees were great.

Worst Experience ever far as eating out took my mom and dad to eat went here because we was passing through went thru Drive-thru when I received our food the chicken was greasy and our sides was warm this was around 11 i ask to speak with a Manager She was a Tall White lady as I was explaining to her about my food she was very unpleasant and very rude so I just decided to leave without any refund or better Quality of food this place needs to be shut -down I Wish I could give a Zero STAR because it doesn’t deserve a One Star. PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE !!!
