I haven’t been to Hardee’s in Selmer in a long time because they went down hill for a while. I decided to give them a chance today, and yet again, they have failed. The hash browns aren’t too bad, but the chicken on my biscuit was not edible at all. It was tough, taste like old grease, and BURNT. Not to mention, the employees weren’t very friendly. You say thank you and are nice to them and they can’t even bother to say a word and close the window in your face. Won’t be going back again.

Pretty decent breakfast for a fast food joint. The Blueberry biscuits could have used a little work but other than that the food was great. Especially the biscuits and gravy. There were more than a few spots where I could see visible leaks in the ceiling of the kitchen but it’s not anywhere near the food. (That I noticed.) All in the foot traffic area. The dining area was clean enough but the drink station was atrocious. Cashier Service was some of the best at any Hardee’s I’ve been too and I’m thankful they could spell correctly.

I visited this location yesterday 2/17/2026 around 10 a.m, expecting to get my food and be done with it. Instead I got to listen to every single problem the drive through woman had in life. What should have been a quick stop turned into me having to be therapist to this woman who had to be at least 45-50 years old and honestly it made me very uncomfortable. I do not go to paying establishments to listen to unprofessional employees. Will not be returning and also will not be recommending this Location.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I told the cashier Chris that I would be leaving a review just for him and I meant it! His great attitude and manners just made my day! Staff was super nice and professional. That’s the only good thing. 5pc was technically 5 pieces of chicken but obviously one was torn in pieces to make it another piece. And the Big cheeseburger was cold – like not even room temp.

I traveled to Selma for work and stopped for breakfast. I got 2 chicken sandwich for $13. Both our chickens biscuits was disgusting. They tasted like it was cooked in old grease. It also looked like it. The chicken was black and stunk of old grease.

We got there at 8:20PM. The doors were locked so I can’t tell you how the food might have been. We had to go across the street to Arby’s.

Stopped on the way home with my husband here, we went to the bathroom to wash our hands beforehand and the bathrooms was disgusting. I got to looking at the floor and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in God knows how long. I walked out and waited for my husband to come out of the bathroom as well and was scanning the floors inside and noticed they to was nasty and saw trash laying on the counters by the drink machine and saw the drink machine say no ice. With expensive as Hardee’s is. Id expect way better. Soon as my husband came out we both agreed to go down the road to burger king because no telling how nasty it was where they cook the food there. It explains why we was the only people there as well. No one is in the drive thru nor inside.
