The counter person, Elisa, couldn’t smile or be any less welcoming. Michelle served our food and was much nicer. Food was okay. But, the bacon was so thin it was like a potato chip. The Sedona Acia bowl was tasty. Overall, the price for the Grande’ Breakfast platter was overpriced and marginal quality in comparison to local competitors and the frozen acia bowl was unique but being frozen made it harder to eat at that time. Took it home to thaw out and it was much better. Overall over priced and not worth the 15% tip.

It’s a very cozy cafe with good food at decent prices. The biscuits and gravy was delicious. The have a good variety of mochas and smokes mochas. Also very tasty . Very quiet, relaxing, and pleasant on an early Sunday morning.

10/10 perfect place to study. They literally have study music playing. Food is great especially when your studying. I absolutely love their hot cocoa. I tried breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. I love their vanilla ice cream. I love the chicken platter. I love the breakfast burrito. I love their chicken bacon ranch sandwich 10/10. Ive been studying here to study and it’s perfect place to romanticize your studying because of the environment and food.

My wife and I have Been going here for a couple years now. Always have been pretty good.
Today was a disaster. They have a serious management problem. The girl taking the order was great. She truly was doing the best she could with What management gave her to work with.
To Say the very least Extremely short staffed.
I ordered eggs Benedict with extra hollandaise sauce, oatmeal, a Cold Coffee and a soft drink. By the time we were done we only had received the eggs Benny and the soft drink. After almost 25 minutes we decided to go elsewhere And get a refund. The young lady working was visibly shaken At the thought of giving a refund, not sure What was going on with that. By the way, the eggs benedict was more like a eggs benedict Soup. Yes, we asked for extra honday sauce. But generally, restaurants will put that in a small dish to add as desired.
Not fill the plate up until it has completely covers the eggs Benedict.
They also had a problem with their fountain machine. It was pouring water out onto the floor they had some pans to catch it But they were overflowing extremely slippery surface. We informed them the young man. He was dumbfounded by us pointing out the pans are overflowing. Instead of grabbing a mop, he was grabbing napkins to clean up the water off the floor. My wife and I kinda just chuckled to ourselves seriously, Why not just grab a mop. He emptied one tray under the machine but left the other full tray and never came back for it, And it just kept pouring water onto the rug and tile… at this rate, I will seriously be surprised if they remain open till the end of the year…

Went for a smoothie and a sandwich. Got my smoothie in 10 min, thought my sandwich wasn’t far behind. which only has egg and bacon and cheese. It took 25 minutes and the people who ordered AFTER me, whole plates of biscuits and gravy and eggs, who got their food way before myself. It was absolutely terrible service and the food was okay, bare minimum to get by and not worth the wait. Just go to McDonalds next door for a better experience!

I had the platter and my wife had a BLT wrap and 2 small sodas. $36.50, potatoes were burnt nothing special about breakfast I’ve had better at many places for way less money. For the price I paid, I will definitely go elsewhere. It simply is not worth the money. My wife did like the wrap

Drinks- Ordered a vanilla latte and dry cappuccino. Both came out in oversized mugs and they did not account for the balance of dairy to espresso. The latte tasted like milk flavored with a little vanilla and a very little amount of coffee. The cappuccino came out like an unflavored latte …. not dry and not even close to a cappuccino.
Food- ordered an avocado toast.. it came out on a Texas toast and soggy (under toasted). Ordered a croissant sandwich and it came cold and under toasted too.
Service- staff were disconnected with customers and not engaging at all. We noticed that they primarily serve a retiree community so this made so much sense when it came to lack of engagement, knowledge, and attention to detail. It also translated into the decor and atmosphere… dated. As we sat longer we noticed how the pastel table clothes, 80s decor, and clutter resonated with Grandma’s kitchen.
Probably going to be a one time visit as our order wasn’t what we expected and they don’t seem interested in doing any different anytime soon.

Food came out fast but was flavorless sorry to say.. I got a croissant sandwich w Sausage n ham and the sausage was bland at best and nothing was seasoned. I guess I expected more from a $13 sandwich… Wife had the breakfast burrito and again no seasoning on the potatoes or eggs and the ham was lunch meat.. the inside of the restaurant has a lot of decorations/signs and good atmosphere.. total bill for a sandwich, burrito and 1 drink $30.00.. maybe we will come back and try lunch and see if that’s better..

I had a wonderful time working from L’Grande today. The food was excellent and I love a cafe where I can get my fancy coffee in a sturdy mug and enjoy it without waste associated with disposable cups.
Update: spent about four hours working from L’Grande again and the food was just as good. Honestly, best Chicken Noodle Soup I’ve had in quite a while

I LOVE this cute hidden gem of a cafe shop i was on the move and thinking of grabbing fast food for lunch but i decided to give this cafe a try and I’m glad that i did!
I got a turkey sandwich on sourdough and it was perfect. Plenty of turkey, plenty of cheese and the dough of the bread was perfectly fluffy.
If you need good food to go for a good price and a good environment definitely give this place a try!!
