Nola took such great care of us!! We stopped going to chipotle near us in Glendora and West Covina because the service is awful at both locations. We were really hungry driving back from Palm Springs and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. Nola was so nice, helpful and generous. I couldn’t decide which meat I wanted and she let me try several options and was just downright fabulous! You definitely have a great employee in Nola. She’s definitely 5 stars ✨⭐️ !!

Ate here twice the last week of November 24’. We eat here 4-6 times a month for several years. All chipotle’s are a hit & miss, but this one is not stingy, and they have pretty fresh food and good portions. They run a bit spicy for me but I’ve become more accustomed. We always get 3 kids taco meals and it’s a great deal for at least 2 soft tacos, drink & a side. Thank you

This place absolutely sucks!!!! $9 for some extra guacamole! Do yourself a favor and go to the Chinese fast food on the other side of the parking lot. Good prices and large portions. Your better off making your own food at home and save money. I hope they go out of business for ripping people off.

Not a good location. This location constantly constantly under-serves on portions of meat. I routinely order double meat and happy to pay the extra $ but the staff here will not serve proper portions (as compared to other locations). Even when you call them out on it, they insist on not making it right. But they have no problem charging you more or piling on tons of lettuce or other filler ingredients. I even walked out once half way through the prep because they couldn’t do it right and refused to correct it. There are a dozen other Mexican restaurants in the immediate area that are better alternatives to this constant rip-off on portions. Even the local street vendors have better food/portions. I’ve had enough and don’t go here anymore.

I’ve been to many Chipotle locations, but this one was really disappointing. The portions here are way smaller compared to other Chipotle restaurants. I ordered the same bowl I always get, but it looked half the size I usually receive. Definitely not worth the price. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Served raw steak on three separate occasions. Asked multiple times to make sure it was fully cooked. Not sure if this is the standard for Chipotle but I won’t be eating here anymore.

Everytime I come to this location, there are homeless people hanging outside. We do not feel safe eating out in the patio area because of this. Management really needs to take care of this. I am sure it is hurting their business.

There is no diversity in this location. This is a all Caucasian store. I have the girls rolling their eyes at me and shaking their head really making you feel uncomfortable and then making me wait after dad served another Caucasian couple very uncomfortable would not recommend and will not go back. This is a predominantly, Hispanic and black area. Don’t understand why it’s an all Caucasian store.

I said in the container was fine but then she asked if I wanted it on the side . She asked me again with frustration . Maybe she had a long day . It doesn’t mean she can talk to people like that .im a very generous tipper working in a tipped industry myself ,but with her attitude i left nothing . That’s wild
