Went in to pick up my online order, encountered a rude young man working the front line then placed on the online orders this past Sunday. I saw one young man cooking in the back and a young lady doing her best with the order line. However, the young man put on the online orders was horrible. I waited without issue but noticed he was unhappy about something. When he finished my online order instead of notifying me, as he knew I was there for that specific order he simply took over the register without any notification that my order was ready. Since the order was sitting in the back counter I was not able to simply grab my order and go. I required an employee’s assistance to retrieve my bag.
I watched and she tossed one customer’s chips onto the counter and slammed her beverage cup next to it. When the next customer came up to the register he proceeded to take his phone out and send a text message, as the customer stood in front of him waiting to be ringed up.
As a nice topper to my recent purchase here, I also got food poisoning which has never happened to me. I will definitely just skip this location next time.

If I could rate zero stars I would. First off, when we walked in, noticed every table was disgusting. While standing in line, one of the workers (probably managers which makes it worse) was actively sticking a thermometer in every single food item and only wiping it off with a very dirty rag in between each food. And when she was temping the salsas, didn’t even wipe in between. This is insanely worrying and can cause cross contamination and can make people very sick.
Workers were rude, gave insanely small portions. And when asked for more, proceeded to put the smallest amount possible on the bowl. Then, when I asked while being cashed out for more guac on my bowl (because the portion was about a table spoon…. And I’m paying $3 for it….. ) the lady named Naomi rudely said well I’m going to have to charge you for it…. Absolutely not.
They also were incredibly behind on all mobile and pick up orders. Which were all stashed in the corner haphazardly with a huge line of people in confusion about where there orders were.
Most definitely will never visit here again. And if you are considering it, don’t. If I wanted to pay almost $40 for 5 bites of food, I would go to a fancy restaurant.

Okay so I was on my way home from work I got off later then normal and I love chipotle I really do but this experience has me asking myself if I wanna go back so it went like normal at first I got a burrito like a normally do it got to wrapping the burrito idk what was going on but she was on something while she was doing this I was checking out because you know I never had a problem before I told the guy I was eating in and stuff and I felt like he was being a bit rude as well. Then he preceded to give me my burrito just wrapped in tinfoil to me on this silver tray writhing I asked him if I was supposed to eat on this (because I thought they were suppose to give you house little baskets or whatever) he told me no and took the silver tray back so I was left with nothing to eat on I then went to open and eat my burrito and it was almost like half my burrito was on the outside. All while I was eating I felt like the workers were staring at me and laughing. It ended up make a huge mess on the table which I had to clean up so there you go my experience layed bare good luck

when you order online they either make your food perfectly or ruin your whole day i only got beans and rice in my bowl when i ordered a ton of other stuff including additional things i paid for and this happened multiple times. you definitely have to be there in person. the girl with the braids is cool tho she will get your order right. i know it’s not everybody but some of the staff just be playin

Can you imagine paying full price for a food with 6 small pieces of steak in it. I asked if that was even a full scoop (since the steak container was OBVIOUSLY EMPTY) & the lady said yes. It’s not like I haven’t eaten here before…. just disappointed how I was charged for a food with barely any meat in it. I work hard to earn my money and this is not worth it.. I wish I cancelled the order and left but I was with my son who wanted to eat his quesadilla & chips.. so ♀️

My wife went in to get food, a customer was trying to complain about a half eaten bowl. The manager Jaycee was very professional offering to remake the bowl and or refund her even when the customer was cussing and aggressive. After all I am very impressed with her grace and how she handled the situation! The customer was wrong threatening to call corporate. The food was great and so was the service

So I love Chipotle ok but the manager that worked there tonight was not good at her job! terrible customer service skills telling me im wrong and she is sorry when they made the mistake. its the only time I had ever had an issue with Chipotle and I am a regular. So if nothing is said nothing changes so I don’t like doing this but I had to tonight cuz she was the issue not me just very cold personality and not understanding im very through when I order so this dont happened anyway one star for this store and just the manager other employees were good.

I work right next to this chipotle they used to be amazing great service, fast and efficient. This last few months things are really gone downhill including them opening late missing my window to pick up my mobile order and the attitude from the employees is outrageous. Now I avoid this chipotle as much as possible, which is really sad because I love the food.
