Tots were cold, biscuit was okay.
Regardless, Dakota made up for it.
(Edit) Tried again this morning.. ordered a chicken and cheese biscuit with hashbrowns.
Chicken was tiny and overcooked. Biscuit was hard as a rock. And it didn’t come with the cheese I paid for. Hashbrowns were cold and old, again.
Was on my break, so i couldnt go back. Also didn’t recieve a receipt, so what can you do?

Don’t get much help a lot of the times. Takes a while to get your food. Sometimes they lock all the doors so you can’t get into the lobby. After they lock up you sit in the line at the drive-thru forever. Makes it hard for Dashers.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at this establishment. This morning, I placed an order for my children and me through the Uber Eats app. However, when I arrived to pick up our food, I discovered that half of my order was undercooked and missing items. I did not take a photo, but I immediately brought the issue to the attention of the manager on shift. Unfortunately, she displayed a negative attitude and failed to resolve the issue effectively. She acknowledged that she had not bagged my order correctly and informed me that hash browns were unavailable. I was taken aback by her unprofessional demeanor and lack of understanding. As a manager, I expect a higher level of customer service and conflict resolution. Serving cold, undercooked food is unacceptable. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I will never be going back to this establishment, not even for a bottle of water. It’s very sad to spend money and not even get good customer service or hot food.

I haven’t tried the food yet but I enjoyed my customer service. I ordered online for pick up the girl who was at the counter was very friendly and made me feel comfortable I did notice good communication between the crew. gentleman i assume to be the manager I’m not sure he was wearing all black but he gave me my order double checked if it was all there also reminded me I got a drink which I probably would have left without if it wasn’t for him and was very friendly definitely like this location. My first time coming here so thanks for whoever was working at the time of my visit! Which was 10/23/222 Sunday night at 5:45 pm 🙂 wish I would have gotten their names

Burger King is going down hill wait in line for a good while 25 min before someone lady came on with a attitude and told me to hold on I said ibhave been for 25 min and there was one person in front waiting to pick food up so I left and went across the street to McDonald’s service there was fast and polite .So everyone go to McDonald’s NOT BURGER KING

I would honestly avoid this place like the plague! The staff is okay, however, I placed an order through the mobile app. I waited 40 minutes for my food, found out they did not have any fries or apple juice for my kids. I substituted for sweet tea, which they gave me two instead of three, had to fix that. When she gave me my food she said she put mozzarella sticks in there to make up for the fries. Cool, at this point I’m over it, my lunch break is almost up and I have to get this food to my family and go back to work. When I start giving my kids their food, it was GROSS. Old looking tomatoes, lettuce was nasty looking. They literally gave me 12 cold mozzarella sticks to make up for the three small fries and three large fries. My family could not eat any of it. I had to doordash them something else, which is way more expensive than picking it up. At this point I’m irritated, but I figured I could go through the app, talk to someone and request a refund. Sounds easy? NOPE. It’s all automated. Somebody has to reach out to me within three days. Meanwhile I’m stuck paying almost $60 for literal garbage wondering if they’ll actually reach out to me. There is nobody to actually speak to on the phone. I know they’re probably doing their best. I know there’s no AC. They need to shut it down honestly.

Nasty attitude and food. They got my order wrong in the drive-thru. I was told the reason was because “that’s what you ordered “. Went in to order food correctly and started getting yelled at so I walked away. I was then followed out by the woman that was working. For her benefit, I walked away again. She told me to have blessed day and screw myself.
